Two full baths, master split with private full bath. New furniture, new appliances, Roku TV's in two bedrooms and large flat-screen in living room with soundbar. Fast internet. Great private tropical back yard with shaded patio and grill. Security system and driveway for 3 cars. My stay at Syd and Berta's place was great. The property is clean, well stocked and located in a diverse and safe neighborhood. It's close to all major freeways and downtown is minutes away. I highly recommend this property. It easily accommodates two couples, families with a couple of children or three to fours friends.

Lovely Spot

We where here for a Seminar in Tampa

This cozy house had plenty of room, the colors where very Florida fresh, we enjoyed our stay very safe easy to come and go. The house was very open and relaxing. Bertha and Sydney were very sweet hosts. Would stay there again.
