Two full baths, master split with private full bath. New furniture, new appliances, Roku TV's in two bedrooms and large flat-screen in living room with soundbar. Fast internet. Great private tropical back yard with shaded patio and grill. Security system and driveway for 3 cars. Location is central - Airport (25 mins), Busch Gardens & Adventure Island (15 mins), downtown (10 mins ), Bay beaches (20 mins), Gulf beaches (45 mins), USF & UT (15 mins ), Zoo (10 mins ).
