Bed comfort could use a little attention but worked out great for our one night stay before boarding a cruise. Definitely will be back when cruising again

Overall it was good stay, host was very responsive and caring, took care of my needs, there were a few things that needed attention though, but overall experience was good. For the price, it was great! Good things to point is the distance to busch gardens which is what I was looking for, very spacious house.

The property was pretty much as described. A request to the host about parking availability went unanswered. I wasn’t made aware of other rentals on the property until a few days before check in, for our group there weren’t any issues but it is something that I would prefer to have known before hand. It was a comfortable stay for our guests.

Check in was smooth. VERY CLOSE to Busch Gardens! Each room had a queen and twin bed. Towels were already placed on each bed making shower time simple. There was TONS of room for our family of 7. We easily could have had an extra 5 people without feeling crowded. The only issue we had were fleas in one of the bedrooms, likely from the vast amount of stray cats outside. We contacted the owner and he confirmed that he would handle the issue. We would stay here again.

The place is nice BUT the shower heads were rusted and the bed sheets have some hair in it. We had to wash the bedsheets and blankets to make sure they are cleaned. The area is quiet and close to Busch Gardens.
