Two full baths, master split with private full bath. New furniture, new appliances, Roku TV's in two bedrooms and large flat-screen in living room with soundbar. Fast internet. Great private tropical back yard with shaded patio and grill. Security system and driveway for 3 cars. Location is central - Airport (25 mins), Busch Gardens & Adventure Island (15 mins), downtown (10 mins ), Bay beaches (20 mins), Gulf beaches (45 mins), USF & UT (15 mins ), Zoo (10 mins ). Hard Rock (15 mins), Ybor City (15 mins) Several great local restaurants minutes away. Please read reviews to see that this home is highly liked by all who have stayed here.
