We were pleasantly suprised at how beautifully decorated the house was and the hostess was very nice. The shower was fantastic but hot warm was more warm. Overall a nice stay. We will be back.
KB was an excellent host with great communication. I loved all the little touches in the house such as fresh flowers. It is in an older neighborhood, but we had no issues or concerns. If you are looking for a great family friendly place to stay, you found it!
We stayed here while we were attending summit cheer competition at the convention center. The home was very clean and the owners were super quick to fix our minor complaint. It's conveniently located to several malls, the aquarium, the zoo, and river street. We will definitely look this place up if we find ourselves in Tampa again.
The property was a great value. The location was very close to downtown in an up and coming neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. My only feedback is that our stay was 8 days. We had 1 towel per bedroom and the beds weren't the most comfortable. Again, though, it was a great value for the price. Would book again if looking for the same type of rental.
I was taken aback at the location of the property. The home itself though was very pleasant and clean. The home in real life definitely matches what you see in the pictures. It is beautiful inside so don't let the outside appearance fool you. I would definitely come back there if I go to Tampa. It's was less than 20 minutes from anywhere we chose to go so as far as distance is concerned, you can't go wrong.
Close to downtown, freeway, stores, and restaurants. Good location as it is close to a lot. Area is sketchy but know that there is major development in progress and will be a hot area to live in. The furniture is little worn, beds are not comfy, and water pressure in showers were low. It was a short stay so it served it’s purpose. Overall met expectations made it just okay.
Though not in the greatest neighborhood, it definitely wasn't in the worse in Tampa. Everything was as advertised. It doesn't have a dishwasher (so my husband had to be the dishwasher, LOL), but otherwise, it was nice. The garbage can was stolen during the last night so all the garbage (to be cleaned up) had to go into another container.

Thank you for the review. But no the garbage can was just pulled into my property next door by my groundskeeper. Thank you!
Nice, simple, not over the top property. Responsive and attentive host. Reassuring to know the host lives next door. The property is clean, massively remodeled with the basic necessities. Plenty of hot water, clothes washer/dryer, excellent bathroom showers, Roku tvs, nice kitchen/dining areas. Beds are a bit too soft, and no dresser or drawers in 2 larger bedrooms. Host: check for water/seal leak in smaller bathroom toilet - the toilet water comes on/off about every 10 min. We really enjoyed our 2 wks in Tampa thanks to the convenient location and simple comforts provided by this property.

House cleanness
The main rule besides non smoking allowed was to take the shoes off. The floor was extremely dirty and I wouldn’t allow my kids to be without shoes at all. If you have this type of restrictions, please clean the floor throughout
Thanks
Do not stay here! We booked the trip and the neighborhood this house is in is not the most inviting and isn’t mentioned in the listing. When we showed up there were huge bugs inside and there’s a crack above the front door that allowed bugs to come in and out. They also had wasps all over the porch. We planned to stay 3 nights but after the first night we left and had to find a new place to stay because it was so bad. We asked to work with the renters to help us and they just asked why we didn’t say anything sooner even though we let them know before our stay had even ended. Absolutely find a different place.

It’s sad how people flip ratings. Sorry you feel this way but it was simply a matter of communicating before you spent so much time at the property before leaving
The house was quite nice and an upgrade from the surrounding area. It has been renovated and upgraded on many counts.
We did have a few issues. First, the internet was down when we arrived, but the host set us up with a technical back door the next day which helped keep the kids occupied. The shower in the Master Bath oscillated between very hot to scalding, so we had to get by with one shower during our stay. The pull out sofa in the living room is broken and seemingly beyond repair. Our young son did well on it with some modified support, but it is not safe for adults. The top bunk bed requires more support (a 1/2 inch plywood board would do wonders) Finally, we had to get used to sirens at night (two out of three nights) and cars with loud pounding music passing by. Those with small children will find this unnerving. After staying for three nights, we became keenly aware that the neighborhood is undergoing gentrification and this house is part of the process.
On that note, the house is enormously upgraded. The ceilings are 9 ft and not the standard 8 ft. There is crown molding throughout the house. The two bathrooms have very large showers and beautiful sinks. The kitchen has many upgrades with the exception of a dishwasher. There are three TVs in the living room and two bedrooms. Our family was happy with the house and we enjoyed our stay.
Our stay was great and the concert was fabulous! The house was just like the photos. Very comfortable. Checking in and out was seamless. It was in a revitalizing neighborhood.
This house is well kept and roomy enough for our party of eight. The bunk bed with a double underneath was a big hit with the kids. The front porch was a pleasant place to get away from the hubbub inside and the park was an extra bonus for walking or playing.
The hosts were prompt in responding to our needs, including providing extra towels and toiletries for our large group. The house itself stocked most of the amenities we needed to prepare for our formal, celebration, including an iron and board, washer and dryer, hairdryer, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with teapot, coffeemaker, toaster, pots and pans. The dishes and flatware were not abundant but I suspect we might have been the first large group to use the place. That issue was remedied while we were there.
The location is perfect, about 10-20 minute drive from anywhere in Tampa, room for two vehicles off street. If we ever find ourselves back in Tampa, we would readily seek this place out again.
Very clean and cute home. A good affordable place to stay if you have big kids/teenagers and need more space than a hotel. The showers were nice. However the beds were very uncomfortable. I recommend bringing your own pillows from home. The ones provided were flat and thin. The neighborhood definitely has an inner city vibe. The surrounding homes have bars on the windows and there’s lots of people gathering on street corners and leaving trash all over the ground. Not a place to stay for nice scenery, or go for walks. We felt safe inside the home, and at night & early mornings the street is very quiet.
