About the host
Hosted by Dior

I’m a proud husband and father, and this home holds a very special place in my heart. It was my first home, the place where I started my journey, eventually met my wife, and built the foundation for our family. I chose not to sell this home because it’s more than just a property—it’s a part of me. Its history, culture, and connection to the vibrant Palmetto Beach neighborhood make it a place I deeply cherish.
Although life keeps me busy, I love returning here whenever I can experience the charm of the neighborhood and everything Tampa has to offer. As someone who enjoys traveling, I understand the value of staying in a home that feels warm, inviting, and part of the local culture. That’s why I decided to share this space with others.
I hope this home offers you the same sense of comfort, adventure, and connection that it has given me. From the history and character of Palmetto Beach to Tampa’s lively community and nearby attractions, there’s so much to discover and enjoy. I’m excited for you to experience it all

Why they chose this property
I chose Palmetto Beach as the location for my property because it’s a neighborhood with deep historical roots and an authentic charm that’s hard to find elsewhere. Established in the late 1800s, it grew around cigar factories and the electric streetcar, creating a vibrant community with a unique mix of Spanish, Italian, German, and other influences. Its historic architecture, from Bungalows to Spanish Colonial Revival styles, adds to its beauty and character.
Today, Palmetto Beach is a safe and welcoming community filled with wonderful people, many of whom have lived here for decades. It’s an up-and-coming area that maintains its old-world charm while offering easy access to some of Tampa’s most popular destinations, like Ybor City, Channelside, and Downtown. Whether you’re here to explore Tampa or relax in a peaceful, authentic neighborhood, Palmetto Beach offers the best of both worlds.
What I love most is the sense of home I feel here, especially during holidays when the neighborhood’s Cuban and Spanish influences shine through. Being Spanish myself, it’s a connection that feels personal and special. Staying here means experiencing a part of Tampa’s history and culture, and I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do.
