Our host was very attentive and checked in on us. This is definitely a great place for Busch Gardens and 20 minutes from downtown. If you bring a dog, there is a great dog park near by.

House was not in the best neighborhood. The refrigerator looked to be 100 years old and beat all up. Just not in a great location and the house was very dated in the refrigerator was uneven and had dense all in it.

Everything that is pictured in the listing is accurate and accommodating. The location to Busch Gardens was fantastic, 2 minute drive. Quite neighborhood and a nice view of the Hillsborough River from the front yard. The backyard was serene, nice old oak tree and shaded.

Well it was a great house but had a few problems that should have been fixed before we arrived. I read in a review from before that refrigerator had problems. Well it still did. Leaked three times while we were there. Microwave had a broken handle and tv was not working. The handy gave me his key as I could not get into lock door. He also gave us a fire stick of his so we had tv. He told us about water leaking in refrigerator but it should have been fixed. I should not have to clean that up. The handy man was fantastic. If it was not for him. Yard was great for the dog. If these little problems were taken care of it would have been fantastic.

This house was perfect for our quick trip to Tampa. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 dog. Clean and convenient location. We will definitely try to rent this place again in the future.

Family getaway Concert hall

This is place is great and only 7 miles to the Ampitheatre and Fair grounds where we attended a coupler events during our stay. Back yard was awesome for the dogs. We would definitely stay here again! Actually wish we had more time to see more of what the area had to offer!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. The host was very accommodating and communicative from the time we booked—quickly answering questions before our stay, checking in during our visit, and making checkout easy.The backyard was one of our favorite parts. It was large, beautiful, and had plenty of space for my pup to run around. The fire pit and hanging benches were such a cozy touch. We especially loved sitting by the fire in the evening and enjoying the warmth.The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. When we initially had a small issue gaining access to the home, the host immediately contacted her handyman, who came right away and remained available throughout our stay in case anything else came up. That level of responsiveness was greatly appreciated.Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location, yard.

This house was just what we needed for our week in Tampa. Convenient to downtown, Ybor City, USF and Busch Gardens. Nicely decorated and has a big back yard. A few steps to the river and a large park.

Great for USF graduations and Bush Gardens

Property manger was great with communication. House was located in quite neighborhood near to where we needed to be for our daughters graduation from USF. The property worked well for us. For the price point, I would stay again anytime!
