With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, free Wifi, large decks, a swim platform, and a hot tub, this home has everything you need for a comfortable and unforgettable vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks. Spend your days lounging on the deck, soaking in the hot tub, sitting on the dock, or jumping off the swim platform into the lake. In the evenings, enjoy beautiful sunsets, grilling and outdoor dining. Whether you are looking for a peaceful retreat or an adventurous lakeside vacation, this home has something for everyone. Optional on site boat and jet ski rentals are available through King of the Lake Rentals, LLC. Book your stay now and get ready to create wonderful memories at the Lake of the Ozarks!
Age: Must be 25 to rent, but will rent to responsible renters who are at least 20, disclose age before booking and obtain pre-approval.

Pets: No pets.

Subdivision quiet hours: No loud noise from 10 pm - 7 am.

Hot tub: The hot tub cover must be on when the hot tub is not in use to maintain the water temperature and keep the water clean. If the hot tub if left dirty, the extra cleaning fee is $50.

Checkout time: 10 am

Water toys and plastic chairs: Please put water toys in deck boxes before checkout. Please return plastic chairs to the lower deck.


Renter is limited to the number of guests stated in the reservation (which may not be more than 10), accepting responsibility for leaving the property in the same condition as on arrival or being subject to additional charges, accepting liability for damages exceeding the damages deposit or insurance policy taken in lieu of proving a damages deposit, holding Lessor and Owner harmless from any liability for personal injuries or property damage to Renter and any person Renter allows on the premises. NO PETS. Must respect neighbors. Renter also accepts all house rules, must provide names and ages of persons occupying the premises during rental, warrants that Renter is at least 25 years old and will be on the premises throughout the entire reservation. Renter and occupants may be immediately evicted without refund for any illegal act, for disrupting the neighbors, or damaging the premises. Outside security cameras are installed. Renter agrees to refrain from using the lift unless prior approval is obtained. No sitting on deck railings. Use of premises, dock, and swim platform, and swimming is strictly at the risk of the user.

The location and the views were good and the house was well equipped but it’s also old and in a desperate need of some pest control, there were bugs and spiders everywhere inside and out, next time we’ll try to find something newer and cleaner.

Family Getaway

Brought our 3 adult sons for a quick family getaway, and we had a super time! Brad was extremely friendly and helpful, and both he and Jen were very responsive. Neighbors are friendly, and you can beat sitting outside watching the water and boats going by! Great location--easy to get to all the things we wanted to do. We used the boat and jet skis-little hiccup with one, but it did not kill our fun. Would totally come back!

Spring break weekend

Cute house, beautiful view of lake, it had everything we needed in the kitchen. Communication was excellent with owner. Our only complaint was the rock hard beds. We actually slept on the couch one night and then the air mattress the last night. Our back and necks were very sore after sleeping in the bed. All of the beds were like that. I really liked the house but unfortunately wouldn’t stay here again because of the uncomfortable beds.

This property is very easy to get to as it's a straight shot down Horseshoe Bend. Convenient to get to restaurants and stores. The house is very well maintained and furnished as good as any place we have stayed at LOTO. Everything you need for your stay is provided. The deck is huge and provides ample seating to watch the lake. We spent many evenings outside. The lake was very busy during our stay. Since the dock is at the end of Horseshoe Bend, it was quite difficult to hang out there or fish with the choppy water. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend this house to others.

Lovely home in a great spot! Great owner!

We stayed at this property with 8 friends, age 17-47. The house was very clean and comfortable and the porch is a beautiful spot to watch the sunset. The house is well stocked with linens, towels and plenty of kitchen pans, utensils etc. everything we needed was there including a crockpot.Our first morning the coffee pot was working very slowly and I messaged the owner and he showed up on about 15 minutes with a new one! What a great response! We did rent a boat from them as well and he brought it to us the night we got there along with some swim jump mats, a tube and a wake board. The boat was just great for the 8 of us.we also had an alarm that went off on the boat one morning when we went out and Brad responded immediately and provided another boat when ours needed a little time to be fixed. Honestly best host we’ve ever encountered.would absolutely return!

Relaxing at the lake

Jennifer and Brad were great to work with. The house was exactly as it was advertised. The cupboards were stocked with all the basic stuff.....spices, coffee, filters (the coffee maker was VERY slow, though)sugar, flour.....The beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time out on the deck. Such a beautiful view!! The only negative, as far as the deck, were the spiders! Probably beyond their control but wondering if they could possibly spray for them??? They gave us a good deal on their boat and jet skis. The lake was a little rough because of boat traffic but we were still able to use them. Because of the roughness on the main channel, we weren't able to swim from the dock but they warned us that it would be difficult. I would recommend this house to anyone. We had a great time!

Beautiful View. Shaded decks. Well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed watching the boats out on the water as well as the critters on the deck! Kitchen had everything we needed. There is plenty of space. Neighbors were friendly.

Wonderful Place in the Ozarks

We enjoyed our stay at your property. Very nice place! We loved having the boat right there, very convenient! Nice having all the floats, noodles as well right there at the dock! Only downside was the lift for boat was tricky with the remote trying to get at right level to get boat back on. The lake was extremely choppy with the wind and boat traffic as well. Busy time of year for sure!! But overall great place and location! Brad and Jennifer were very helpful hosts!

40th Anniversary

The cabin was as advertised, comfortable, warm and relaxing. We stayed on the opening weekend on Lake of the Ozarks. We sat on the deck, enjoyed the lake views and watched the boat traffic as it passed by. The owner was very helpful at check-in. He explained the boat lift operation and offered to help launch our boat. The day we checked in it was raining, and Brad apologized for the deck not being cleaner. I would recommend this vrbo getaway for anyone who enjoys lake life.

Great views. Main entrance/door to enter house opens directly into master bedroom- was windy an rainy on r visit, not good. No dishwasher in house as listed- glad brought disposable plates an silverware- what was provided needed cleaned (tableware). Coffee pot included needed cleaning b4 use. We enjoyed our stay and being on the lake was wonderful to wake up to. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening and watching the sun drop as well. Having the ability to rent the boat and jet ski and have it right there was very convenient and we did had a lot of fun with that.

Brad and I are excited to offer this wonderful lakefront property for rental from JGBD Properties LLC. We both grew up in the St. Louis area and relocated to central Missouri over 20 years ago. We have four children. We love this property because of the amazing views and relaxing experience it offers, the convenient 9.5 MM location, and the concrete dock with a lift. There is nothing better than sitting out on spacious decks or master balcony and enjoying the sights and sounds of the lake! Our children absolutely love it, too! We purchased the property in January 2020 and have done quite a bit of remodeling. We are also excited to offer boat and jet ski rentals to our guests at competitive pricing plus the convenience of it being at the home. Thanks for looking at this property.
