Cozy sunrise suite at waters edge

Come and enjoy this beautiful waterfront suite at the 38 MM on the west side of Lake of The Ozark’s. ( It is on the same property as my other VRBO Whiskey Barrel Bunkhouse) This is a one bedroom, one bath that sleeps six with a queen size bed and a hide a bed in the bedroom and a futon in the sunroom. It has great swimming in a no wake cove with lots of outdoor seating on and around a private martini deck. Enjoy the awesome sunsets from the mom-and-pop rockers on the side patio. Relax on the dock sitting area while taking in the cool breeze off the water. Take a soak in the private hot tub just outside the door off the martini deck and enjoy the Bear Bottoms Saturday night fireworks show. Fantastic views from every room and every outdoor area.

Lakefront Recreation
Enjoy the two paddle boards, two kayaks, paddle boat, floatie noodles, saddles and the 16-foot Lily Pad.
Boat trailer parking is no problem. It has room on the side of our dock for a boat up to 40’. The boat dock with bumpers and tie-offs is free of charge with suite rental. The three-well dock is shared with the other rental and ourselves. A boat ramp is located in at 27 Lighthouse Marina Rd. 38MM Three minutes away. All roads are paved leading into our rental and boat ramp area.

Interior Amenities
Suite has a full kitchen and there is a gas grill on the deck. There are two televisions, (with Hulu and Netflix) two indoor sitting areas and one indoor dining table. Enjoy your morning coffee while working remote, (yes, we have Wi-Fi) There is 3/4 of an almost all level acre here, (no long steep stairs) with a gradual concrete walk to your private entrance.

Other Fun Things To Do While You’re Here
Come swim, fish, float, grill, cook, or visit all the favorite restaurants the west side has to offer. Make smores and hotdogs at the waters’ edge firepit. Bring your fishing pole, life jackets and gear. There is plenty of seating on the swim deck and around the dock. Enjoy quiet evening and morning walks with ease.
Grocery, fuel, and fresh produce stand are right up the road. You don’t have to go far for just about anything you could need or want. I live on site above the rental and am usually on site to help with anything that you need. Please note that i do have two dogs and a cat on the premises in case you are allergic. The pets occasionally frequent the Suite during cleaning and maintenance but not regularly. Please see house rules for more details.
