House in Avenue de General Leclerc

The accommodation was spacious. 2 of us flew. No towels wasn’t helpful. One of the toilets didn’t flush properly (nice smell). Somebody had taken the allocated parking space, and the recycling bin was full. The terrasse was unappealing, and needed pressure washing. The plants were overgrown. No welcome pack inside. Generally, I was disappointed.

De foto’s lijken van jaren geleden en komen niet overeen met de huidige staat: het huis is redelijk vuil, met veel stof, een zetel waar mijn hond niet in slaapt en plakkerige vloeren. Het onderhoud is dringend gebaat bij een grondige poetsbeurt. Een welkomsboekje met uitleg, WiFi-informatie en praktische toeristische tips ontbreekt. Afspraken met aannemers (en waarom dit niet op een wisseldag kan) zijn ook nodig. Positief is de ligging en ruimte; met betere netheid en duidelijke gasteninformatie kan dit huis flink verbeteren.

Séjour de 4 jours à La Rochelle en famille. Location trÚs agréable. Nous avons apprécié la proximité au centre ville à pied ainsi que les soirées planchas sur la terrasse.

Idéal pour 6 personnes tant en intérieur qu'en extérieur. Belles piÚces. TrÚs bonne situation géographique, pas besoin de reprendre la voiture.

Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung

Wir sind mit dem Zug nach La Rochelle gefahren und haben uns fĂŒr unsere Ferienwoche direkt am Bahnhof FahrrĂ€der geliehen. So waren wir schnell in der Altstadt wie auch am Strand. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt, alle drei Schlafzimmer sind gerĂ€umig, die KĂŒche gut ausgestattet. Sehr netter abgeschlossener Innenhof. War eine schöne Woche.
