Upstairs in the loft, find two queen-sized beds with plenty of room to spare in this light and airy space. Just off the bedroom section of the loft, you’ll find a full ensuite bathroom. Downstairs in the basement, there is a second bedroom available with two twin beds. Back on the main level, there is a primary full bath, which can be easily accessed just off the stairs.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN

On the main level, spread out among the living room, dining room and kitchen. In the living room, there is a flat screen TV available to catch the big game, as well as a stone fireplace for cozy nights in. The kitchen comes with everything you could need including dishes, microwave, dish washer and coffee maker.

AMENITIES

Right outside on the patio, find a BBQ available for a grill sesh as you watch the sunset over Mount Fernie. Note that access to the patio out front is great in the summer and often gets covered in snow in the winter. There is free parking available on the premises, as well as free street parking.

The property was great. Clean and so close to everything. Proximity to the river was amazing! Not ideal for high end mountain bikes as the only place to keep them is locked up outside and that is not secure enough. Would be incredible for a winter get away or for a trip that is less about biking.

Excellent family-friendly condo

My family of five was very comfortable. The loft was perfect for the kids. This condo was just what we needed for a home base to explore Fernie. Excellent communication with the owner too!
