L'atelier de Kerrac'h at the Carantec harbor, with direct access to the beach

Located opposite the slipway of the port of Carantec, with the sea at the end of the garden and a private staircase that goes down to the beach and the GR34, enjoy this former artist's studio of 45m2, on two levels, converted into a living room plus bedroom and bathroom upstairs for your weekends and holidays.
It is a great place to rest, work, write, or meditate.
The workshop has been classified 4* by the French Tourist Office and was refurbished in January 2021.

Very bright thanks to its glass roof, the workshop has a living room / integrated kitchen with a small sea view of the lively slipway of the port, and is well decorated with the artist's paintings and contemporary furniture. A pretty room for a couple with a king size bed (180*200) and an immaculate shower room.

The workshop is equipped with a dishwasher, a good WiFi connection, a TV with Apple TV and subscription to Netflix/MyCanal/Paramount/HBO, and an Apple Homepod smart speaker to listen to HiFi music from your own music app.

Also enjoy a small garden with a beautiful view of the sea and the sea, table, chairs, sunbeds and barbecue.

ENTIRE PLACE:
Located in a large family property made up of three houses, one of which is semi-detached where the Atelier is located, the latter has independent access and will be at your disposal for the duration of your stay
We are on the port of Carantec where there are two restaurants:
La Marinière and Le Cabestan.
A five-minute walk away is the Grève Blanche, a pretty and lively sandy beach.

You can forget your car in the car park because you are a 7-minute walk from the village centre, its shops, its colourful market on Thursday mornings, and the Nautical Centre on the beach of Kelenn where you can rent all kinds of watercraft and indulge in scuba diving.

You can use the different corners of the garden, equipped with tables, chairs, armchairs and benches to observe the water activity, read, have a drink, have lunch or dinner, if necessary in the warmth of a brazier.

You will go down a staircase at the end of the large garden to access directly on the GR34 which will take you around Carantec or the wild Callot Island, accessible at low tide by a submersible road.

A free bus runs in the summer. The bus stop is on the street.

Conversely, earlier arrival or later departure conditioned by the flow of guests.
You can request an extension of your stay as long as the accommodation is not rented before your arrival or after your departure.
