Complete apartment, air-conditioned, fiberglass, swimming pool and garage

At the foot of the Valescure Golf Course, and 10 minutes from the fine sandy beaches, in a small, quiet and fully secure, high-end condominium with a garden and swimming pool, we offer this magnificent new 54.91 m² one-bedroom apartment (delivered in June 2020). It is rented separately but can be combined with its twin apartment, creating a single apartment of over 108 m² with terraces of approximately 2 x 20 m².

Please note that a €100 cash deposit will be payable upon arrival (it will be returned upon departure if everything is in good condition and clean).
