Located inside gated Beachcomber Estates in beautiful Lake Havasu City, AZ. We are offering our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with large open kitchen/living/dining space. Master has king bed and attached bath. Guest room one has 2 queen beds and guest room two offers 2 full beds. There is an additional full bathroom just steps from the guest rooms. Our home has an outdoor dining table (seats 6), gas grill, and offers space to park 2 vehicles. Inside the home we offer all the standard amenities: laundry, coffee pot (K-cup), toaster, standard cookware, hair dryers, iron and much more. You have the opportunity to use the heated pool and hot tub at the clubhouse. Please email or call with any additional questions.
