Get those swimsuits washed in the washer & dryer. After the sun goes down, enjoy the sparkling HOA swimming pool and spa. Enjoy all of this in the gated and secure Nautical Estates complex. Amazing location! Boat House Grill is a 4 minute walk. London Bridge is a 32 minute walk or a 4 minute drive. Nautical Inn and Turtle Bar 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive. Lake Havasu Marina and boat launch 3 minute drive.
