Welcome to lakeshore LUX~ This upstairs unique condo is perfect for vacation & relaxation. Walk to the lake, London bridge, restaurants, movie theater & more! If you are bringing toys, boat parking is directly
adjacent to the unit. Need suggestions for activities? You couldn’t book a better stay for service & recommendations. If activities aren’t for you, the heated pool/spa is just a short stroll away. We have loved Havasu for decades & love sharing our space.
The unit is an upstairs corner unit 672sq feet 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Parking is a covered carport style. Boat parking is a first come first serve basis. Features include vaulted ceilings, sky lights, fireplace and 2 smart TV’s. View cupcake mountain from the balcony. This is a pet friendly space *pet fee applies

Excellent location!

This is our second time staying here and we love it! It’s an end unit, has everything you need in the kitchen ,comfortable bed and a short walk to the pool. It’s just a half block away from a large water front park with a great walking trail, playground and skate park. The best part of this condo is the location, it’s only a 5 minute drive to the grocery store, lots of restaurants and London Bridge! We look forward to staying here again!

Super clean and comfortable

This condo is clean and has every appliance you need to be your home away from home. It’s an end unit so you only have neighbors downstairs. The location is perfect with a 5 minute drive to a supermarket and many restaurants and the movie theater within walking distance. There’s a great park just down the street and it’s 2 1/2 blocks from the London Bridge . We would definitely stay again!

Clean, attention to detail throughout the condo. Unit had everything you needed to be totally comfortable. Owner included a full kitchen with all needed appliances, bathroom with all needed soap and shampoos, bedroom pillows of all sizes. Hot tub on site! Creatively decorated condo…lively.

Very nice condo in a nice condo property with pool, hot tub, gas grills, tennis/pickleball court. Appreciated the quick response communications with host Michelle, especially the suggestions for restaurants. Angelina’s Kitchen is A MUST to visit! The condo had everything we needed for a week’s stay, including the compact washer/dryer. The unit does show its age but nothing worth complaining about given it’s a clean, pet friendly and well appointed condo in a great location. Love the location at the entrance to the Rotary Park and a private gate to the Butterfly Garden!

Exceptional Property

My wife, dog and I could not have had a better experience. This property is exceptionally clean, modern, in a safe area and close to everything Havasu has to offer. We worked remotely from this property for four weeks. The internet was strong and had plenty of space for my wife and I to set up our work areas. The pool is clean and the people within the community are very friendly. The property manager was amazing and answered all our questions quickly and accurately. We will definitely be back.

Clean, updated. CLose to lake, due to extreme heat, 125 degrees, we did not explore the area on foot. The a/c was so noisy that I was unable to sleep. They responded immediately the next morning. When they ascertained it couldn’t be immediately fixed, they offered return of our money. We checked out. They handled it perfectly.

Excellent location to get to and from all the hot spots. This was perfect for us having our first experience at Lake Havasu. The place was clean and cozy. They have coffee and condiments to get your morning started right! The property is located near a noisy intersection and we are happy that we travel with a noise canceling machine! We would stay here again!!!

Cute and cozy - great location

This was our first time ever staying at a VRBO. We have always been traditional resort style vacationers but we thought we’d try something new. The hostess of this rental is great. Quick response time and quick to act. The space was cute and cozy. There is so much close by - river, restaurants, park, skatepark - just as promised. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you’re looking for a nice getaway in Lake Havasu.
