Host was amazing! Quick to reply and act on issues we had. Replaced TV same day. Enjoyed the pool. Beds were very comfortable! We had everything we needed in the kitchen except a potato peeler. Loved having a washer/dryer. Upstairs neighbors were noisy one Friday night until 4am. I guess everyone needs to enjoy their time here. Very clean! 4 stars because we needed the TV replaced and the noisy neighbors. Otherwise we enjoyed our time here!

First timer Lake Havasu

Condo was spotless and short ride (2-5 min) away from many hot spots/restaurants on the lake/channel. We enjoyed time at the pool although not very refreshing. Owners were very attentive. We will definitely return to beautiful Lake Havasu and would rent this property again! Thanks Jane and Chuck!

Perfect Mother’s Day weekend

Our stay at the condo was nice. It had everything we needed for the weekend to be comfortable and to cook great meals. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. The deck and the outdoor area was absolutely peaceful at night and it was only a two minute drive to a very beautiful beach and good fishing spot. This is a condo so some noise is to be expected but the upstairs neighbor made noise 24 seven like furniture moving noises day and night. Very strange but other than that this was a terrific experience and I would recommend this condo hopefully the noise upstairs is temporary.

The condo is exactly like pictures, the beds were comfortable. We love all the little touch like beer glass in the freezer, snacks for the family.... The only thing we not happy about is we have to put all the clean dishes away before check out instead of just putting them in the dishwasher and turn it on before check out like other Vrbo we stayed before, so we came back late the night before and had to wait till the dishes done and put them away cause we checked out super early in the morning But overall we enjoyed our stay

We went to fish and we accomplished that mission. It was awesome, to be able to come home to this place. Very comfortable, but on the 2nd floor and in the back. We would, most definitely come back!

My daughter and I traveled here for the mountain west collegiate championship triathlon race. Close to start, clean, great communication. Would definitely stay again. And btw daughter was 2nd overall female and I won my age group
