Conveniently located to everything the kids loved being able to walk to the water on the walking path. The complex was quiet we also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

This condo was the perfect location for us. We were in Lake Havasu City for the 55th Annual Beard and Mustache Competition under the London Bridge. The hosts do a great job in providing everything we needed to make it feel like home. Clean and nicely accommodated. I definitely recommend this condo.

The property was very nice, clean, and the property description was accurate. The property manager was very timely with her responses. The water and cookies found in the refrigerator upon our arrival was a very nice surprise. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again if our travels take us back to Lake Havasu City.

Great condo, perfect for two people! The location was the best as we were walking distance to the pool and driving distance was so close to everything. It’s was very quiet and relaxing. We would definitely come back to stay.
