Lago Vista: Sleeps 30 + Game Room, Lake View, Private Pool

Are you Getting Married?  Planning a reunion?  Organizing a corporate retreat?  Lago Vista is the perfect venue!  This secluded 8 bedroom Villa has 7 king bedrooms, 7 full baths, 2 half baths, queen bunk room, twin bunk room and a private salt water pool. Must have valid DL as well as send front and back can not be an identification card or passport as we do not accept those. Will also have to send a photo of the front and back of your credit or debit card showing the name on the card as well as he last 4 digits as well.

Each suite is complete with a walk-in custom shower and beautiful stone vanity.   To enhance the luxurious feel of this Italian escape, there are towel warmers in 5 of the suites and 4 of the suites also include warm bubble air baths.  There are 2 half baths and a double sided fireplace in the common area.

Lago Vista has 4 levels of awesomeness for guests to spread out with plenty of privacy while remaining close to the fun.  Let's start at the bottom and work our way to the top!

The lower level has 1 bedroom with a King Bed and a private bath. A large game room with pool table, retro video arcade. The movie theater is just off the game room with comfortable seating for 8 guests.  The basement level is Complete with a wet bar and movie style popcorn machine.  Exit the game room through French doors onto the pool deck overlooking Broken Bow Lake.  There is also a half bath, convenient for pool goers and the game room.

Upstairs on the Main level there is a King suite.  The The Master is ideal for those who like to sleep in total darkness and has no windows. The en suite bath has a bidet, towel warmer and custom shower with 6 body sprays.

The Main level also features a fully equipped kitchen licensed for food prep and dining with seating for 26 guests.  The vintage full service bar was built in 1906 and came from one of the oldest pharmacies in Oklahoma.  There is another half bath for convenience.

Behind the kitchen hidden on west end of the home is another king bedroom with en suite bath and private deck. There is also an Attached bunk area with 3 sets of twin bunks.

Just off the cozy living room with double sided fireplace, is 16'x29' Covered deck complete with outdoor fireplace, cozy seating and outdoor dining area. And of course a spectacular view. 

Outside the dining room doors is A spiral staircase leads to the pool level where there another cozy seating area to relax and enjoy the view.

Upstairs on the second floor, 2 King suites await.  Each suite features custom shower with towel warmer, air bath and private deck with stunning lake view. The 3rd bedroom on this floor is a bunk room with 2 sets of Queen over Queen bunks.

Traveling up to the third and final floor, guests find the best views in the house!  Both suites feature king beds, custom showers, air baths, private balconies and stunning views of Broken Bow Lake.  The larger bedroom also includes a Day bed plus twin trundle.

There is a massage room with large picture window for a peaceful massage with a gorgeous view. 

Lago Vista comfortably sleeps 30 in beds. The villa will easily accommodate 7 families.  7 king beds, 3 twin bunks, 2 queen bunks and a daybed with trundle!
