Une semaine Ă  la Baule

Appartement fonctionnel avec toutes commoditĂ©s pour un court sĂ©jour. Nous avions notre enfant d’un an avec nous et pas mal de matĂ©riel est disponible sur place : lit bĂ©bĂ©, chaise haute (manque peut ĂȘtre uniquement une table Ă  langer). Autrement l’appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ© prĂšs de la plage et Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate des commerces et restaurant. La terrasse est un vrai plus pour profiter du beau temps, ainsi que le parking (couvert) qui permet de stationner sans problĂšme (seul bĂ©mol : la place de parking n’est pas Ă©vidente pour garer la voiture). Je recommande cette location pour un sĂ©jour en famille ou Ă  deux.

Appartement trÚs bien situé, tout se fait à pied, à proximité de la plage et du marché, nous y avons passé un bon séjour pour une famille de 4 avec deux enfants. Les petits jouets/livres laissés à disposition ont été appréciés des enfants.

La location

L appartement est trĂšs fonctionnel ensoleillĂ©,propre.l assesseur Ă©tait en panne et la personne nous acceuillant a montĂ© ma valise.Dans la semaine un rĂ©parateur est venu remettre en fonctionnement l ascenseur. Je conseille cette location Ă  toutes les personnes respectueuses des lieux . Parcontre cela peu ĂȘtre un lieu bruyant en plein Ă©tĂ© car beaucoup de restaurant autour et une brasserie juste en bas. Mais c est des choix ,c est les vacances pour tout le monde

Appartement extrĂȘmement bien situĂ©, en plein cƓur du quartier de Gaulle, mais dans une impasse calme, Ă  50m de la plage. Nous avons passĂ© une semaine de rĂȘve avec nos 3 enfants de 9 ans a 18 mois. L’appartement est moderne, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, trĂšs propre, la terrasse est un vrai plus de mĂȘme que La place de parking dans l’immeuble. Communication avec la propriĂ©taire et accueil / dĂ©parts parfaitement orchestrĂ©s et agrĂ©ables. Nous recommandons +++

A positive experience

The appartment is nice and has everything you need for a holiday. It was clean and had enough space for the four of us. The sea is nearby so it is only a short walk to the beach. Parking in the garage can be a challenge with a big(ger) car because the parkingplace is a bit small and nearby the entrance. Shops and bars are very nearby. The terrace of the appartment was fine but unfortunately it was noisy because of the airco's which are present on the rooftop of the building across. Overall: a positive experience.
