Great location

Lovely property, perfect for exploring Lyon old town. Clean, well equipped & secure. Its on the third floor, so not ideal for some people, but we had no trouble with the stairs. Would definitely recommend this property & its owner. He replied promptly to every message.

Great place to stay!

This property is exceptionally located within Old Town on the Main Street (which is basically a walking street). Outside your door are a host of shops, food vendors, restaurants, pubs. The local food market is just 3 blocks away (across the river. You are close to many of the sights to see, right there in Old Town.The apartment is very clean and well kept. The owner is communicative and the check in easy and contactless. I would absolutely stay in this same apartment again.

Absolutely Perfect

My 10 year old and i stayed in three different apartments in France this fall, and Alain’s place was our favorite by far. The apartment is immaculate, well appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the location cannot be beat. We loved our time in Lyon and followed all of Alain’s recommendations for food- wonderful! Merci, Alain, for opening your home to us.

J'ai loué cet appartement dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. Il est idéalement situé (quartier Vieux-Lyon, métro à proximité). Confortable et bien équipé, tout était parfait et le propriétaire était facilement joignable et disponible pour des informations en amont du séjour. Je recommande et j'aurai plaisir à y retourner.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement propre et très très bien situé, à deux pas de commerces, restaurants, bus, métro et funiculaire. Malheureusement nous avons été incommodés la nuit par les cris des fêtards. Nous conseillerons cet appartement pour les personnes qui sortent le soir. Le propriétaire est très aimable. Merci pour ce séjour.

C'est la contrepartie d'un appartement situé dans l'hypercentre de la ville avec la proximité de nombreux restaurants. Dans une rue piétonne, pas de voitures mais parfois des personnes qui ont un comportement déplacé.

Great home base for visiting Vieux Lyon

My 11yo and I stayed here and it was perfect for us--simple, clean, and comfortable (though the August heat was brutal and the bedroom would benefit from a ceiling fan and/or its own AC unit). It's fun to see and hear all of the activity of this charming Vieux Lyon street through the windows. We would definitely stay here again!

Beau petit appartement ennplein centre

L'appartement est comme neuf, avec tout le nécessaire et bon état. Les matelas (lit double et canapé) sont confortables. Au coeur du centre ville animé. Je recommande.
