Very nice location, easy access to all the places to go up north. The house itself has a nice home feel, plenty of space to spread out. Very comfortable.
I was so charmed by this home. I especially loved the upstairs bedroom with queen bed - so cozy. The home and property was clean, tidy, and well kept. I felt very comfortable and have zero complaints. Will book again next time I’m in Boyne.
Marcia is a wonderful host and our stay felt like we were staying at home. We hope to return sometime soon!

It was our pleasure to have such a lovely family enjoying my home. We sure had some “surprises” along the way but all turned out as well as it possibly could have. Please come back!!
The house was nicer than we expected with many emenities that you would like on a trip-the back deck was so enjoyable to sit and relax and we used the fire pit almost every night. Thanks for a nice stay.
Felt like home when we walked in! Comfortable, clean and welcoming. Sitting on the porch was a favorite for all of us. There are twin beds upstairs but listing suggested a queen and 2 full sized beds. We made it work but twins not comfortable for full size humans! But over all a very nice rental, easy to head to Charlevoix for marathon . We all enjoyed ourselves!
My daughters and I were very pleased with this cottage. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was great water pressure in the showers. (What more do you need?) Having morning tea on the deck while looking at Lake Charlevoix was the perfect way to start the day. Marilyn and Marcia were wonderful hosts and super responsive to my questions. It was about a 15 minute walk into Boyne City and the area also offered quiet roads for a run or walk. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Amy and her daughters were a delight to have as guests. They were very neat and clean. We would love to have them stay with us again. Thanks Amy!
We totally loved being close to the water and taking walks to town every day. The guys enjoyed their golf games. The house was well equipped and there is a market nearby. Loved sitting on the porch in the afternoon. Didn’t find a way to get local TV (is it available?) Very clean and cutely decorated.

Well, first off VRBO did not get me the check in code, I had to reach out to them and that ended up being a struggle. We finally got in the house about 5:30 when we were there to check in at 4:30.When going around and checking the place out it was found in the upstairs bathroom that a dirty wet wash rag and towel were left hanging behind the door. Also, we noticed that the advertised queen bed upstairs was more like a full size bed. After being there a couple of days we then noticed there were no garbage bags, toilet paper or paper towels so, of course I had to reach out to have the house manager bring us some. This for sure was not the best VRBO that I have stayed in, the house smelled like musty moldy when we first walked in as well. I would not book this VRBO again.
Vacation rental was good. The house was clean, location was awesome and close to many parks and Torch lake. Neighborhood was pretty good and we enjoyed the fire pit at night even though we used it only for 1 day. Recommend this property to others
We had a great week in Boyne! Owners are super nice and everything was as described! Would recommend!!
