This beautifully remodeled, one bedroom Snowcrest Condominium is across the street from three lifts at the base of Park City Mountain Ski Resort.
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
After skiing, enjoy a swim in the heated pool and relax in the fourteen-person hot tub will help you unwind after a long, hard day outdoors. Wireless internet access is included.
Whether you are taking a winter vacation to experience the legendary Utah powder, or enjoying our gorgeous summers on foot or on mountain bike, Park City will give you a vacation you will always remember!!
You will be located within easy walking distance from the base of the PC ski area. The free shuttle bus stops across the street, allowing easy access to Main Street in Old Town and all it's shops and restaurants, grocery shopping and the Deer Valley and Canyons Ski Areas.
Sundance and other Holiday periods may require a 7 night minimum.

Thanks for staying with us in Park City. I hope you enjoy your stay and get to experience all that Park City has to offer. Park City’s breath of activities, dining, shopping and nightlife are like no other.
Below is some information about the unit and area as well as contact numbers should you have any questions.

Please remove shoes when entering and use the boot trays for wet and muddy shoes. Salt and dirt is hard to clean out of the floors and carpet.
No Pets or Smoking are allowed.
Check in
Check in time is 3pm unless otherwise arranged. This is to ensure the unit is cleaned before you arrive.
When you get to the condo there is a combination deadbolt on the door, use the code you were sent. Enter that code and turn the deadbolt to unlock the door. Use that code for your entire stay. When you leave the condo pull door completely shut and press the top (SCHLAGE) button and turn the deadbolt to relock the door.
• Please close window blinds and shades at night and when you leave to
conserve heat.
• Open the fireplace flue before starting a fire in the fireplace.
Check -out
Check out is at 10am on your departure date.
• Remove all items from the refrigerator. You can leave unopened items that might help out the next quest. (drinks, spices etc.)
• Remove all trash from the unit.
• Run dishwasher for any remaining dirty dishes and utensils.
• Empty humidifier if used, to dry out.
• Set each thermostat to 55 degrees.
• Lock door and slider.
• Please close window blinds and shades to conserve heat.
• Do not put ANY fireplace ashes in the regular trash use metal can on porch.
Parking
Parking is for 1 car in the parking lot. There are no assigned spaces. A Pink Parking Pass is located in the unit, display this on your rear view mirror for your stay
The owner assumes no responsibility for charges incurred for cars that are towed or any damage to a renters automobile.
Maid Service
There is no daily maid service. The unit is cleaned and supplied with fresh towels and linens. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided as well as back ups to get you going. There are 3 supermarkets on RT 224 (Smith’s, aFreshMarket and MarketPlace) that you probably passed on the way into town for additional supplies and groceries.
Fireplace
• If fireplace is used be sure the flue is OPEN before lighting.
• Do NOT leave fireplace burning when you leave the unit.
Heat
Upon checkout please set EACH thermostat to 60 degrees.
Ski Locker – To the left of the front door there is a ski locker for your equipment. The lock combination is SKI00
Heated Pool and Hot Tub
The outdoor heated pool and hot tub is open from 4pm -10pm daily. Gate code is 0351
. No glass in the pool and hot tub area. No loud music.
Bus
Park City’s FREE hop on, hop off bus service picks up right outside the Snowcrest on Empire Ave and Park Ave. Bus stop signs are near the side walk. Bus schedules are in the unit.
Garbage
Place all garbage in the dumpster at the end of the parking lot.

Park City has great restaurants and a great variety of cuisine for everyone. Check out the guides and pamphlets in the unit for ideas. Many restaurants do take-out and there are delivery services that pickup from most restaurants as well if you decide to stay in.
