Beautiful villa in lovely area

Beautiful villa with very good heating system which makes the villa perfect for winter time. Nights in winter time are cold outside and tv would have been nice but it did not work and was not fixed during our 2 weeks stay. Communication in English with the owner was a little bit problematic but we managed. All in all, a lovely place for a holiday with family.

La casa cumple todas las expectativas, grande y limpia, cabe destacar que en la habitación de arriba del todo no hay aire y en estas fechas no se puede dormir, y que el jacuzzi que se ve en las fotos de la piscina no funciona, todo lo demás genial , tiene un piscinon enorme y está a 15 minutos andando de la playa.

Vacances en famille en Espagne

La maison était à la hauteur de nos attentes, très spacieuse et fonctionnelle pour une grande famille. Elle contient tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Idéalement placée géographiquement pour les visites et les plages. Calabardina est un village très agréable. Contact et accueil sympathiques. Maison à recommander, nous reviendrons !

Bon séjour dans son ensemble , vila conforme au photos , cadre agréable . Point négatif : prévoir un moteur pour le portail car assez lourd à ouvrir et fermer , le bain remuant ne fonctionne que 3h par jour et les buses du bas ne fonctionnaient pas . Je vous recommande cette location .

Très belle villa

La villa est superbe, juste le bain à bulles de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas et le mobilier extérieur etait un peu vétuste. Calabardina est très agréable autant pour le village que sa plage. De jolies criques sont à quelques kilomètres de la villa. La ville d'Aguilas est à moins de 10 km avec de noubreuses activités disponibles. Je remercie Léna et Frédérick pour leur disponibilité et leur accueil chaleureux.

Très jolie villa à recommander sans hésiter

Les photos reflètent la réalité et nous avons été agréablement supris des espaces et des alentours. La piscine est grande et profonde. (La taille min de la piscine est 120cm jusqu'à 2m de haut pour cela nous devions mettre des brassards et bouée aux enfants. Par contre pour la sécurité il y a une alarme a la piscine ) il n'y a quasi pas de vis à vis à la piscine et nous pouvions en profiter sans se soucier des regards. Nous avions tout le necessaire dans la grande cuisine. La villa est vraiment adapté aux familles. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et les habitants du quartier sont agréables et sympathiques. La plage, la boulangerie, les resto, la superette... sont accessibles à pied. En plus la propriétaire est tres aimable, à l ecoute et est disponible. Je recommande vivement la villa et nous reviendront sans hésiter !

Amplia vivienda con todos los accesorios necesarios, buena piscina y buena ubicación

Buena experiencia en general, todo está como se ve en las fotos. Vivienda amplia y bien dotada de accesorios, piscina muy agradable, y distancia suficientemente corta a la playa para ir andando.
