Perfecto

El apartamento está bien ubicado en una zona tranquila. Lo único es que ponía que contaba con 4 habitaciones y en realidad eran 3, por contra, ponía que sólo había un baño, pero también contaba con un aseo. El apartamento muy completo, las señoras que nos recibieron muy amables. Cuenta con ropa de cama y toallas en buen estado, así como mucho menaje de cocina. Nos alojamos 7 personas sin problemas. Todos muy contentos del alojamiento, esperamos repetir pronto.

Muy buen alojamiento

En general todo bien, las condiciones del apartamento todas fenomenal y no le falta un detalle para pasar una buena estancia. la terraza es estupenda y sopla una brisa maravillosa. La piscina de la comunidad también está muy bien. Como única sugerencia menor, les propongo que aclaren en el anuncio si se pide que los huéspedes llevemos sábanas. Nosotros así lo entendimos, pero luego allí nos encontramos con todas las camas perfectamente hechas y por supuesto con ropa de cama y toallas, cosa que por supuesto agradecimos mucho, y nos podríamos haber ahorrado el equipaje adicional. Quizás fui yo que lo entendí mal.

Em cima da praia

Depois da boa experiência do ano passado, e face às condicionantes que surgiram devido à pandemia do COVID-19, decidimos jogar pelo seguro e voltar aonde já conhecíamos. As condições são muito boas, a proximidade da praia permite fazer umas férias sem praticamente pegar no carro. Além disso a água do mar é límpida e quente. A voltar novamente... quem sabe para o ano?

Interessant, ruim en goed appartement

Wij zijn met ons gezin (4x) begin juli 2020 een week in het appartement geweest. De boeking met de eigenaar verliep vlot, en op het afgesproken moment was iemand van de familie van de eigenaar aanwezig om ons te laten inchecken en eerste uitleg te geven. Het is een ruim appartement, met 3x slaapkamers en 1x badkamer, 1x keuken, 1x grote living en een mooi terras buiten met zicht op zwembad en de zee. Er is één airconditioning in de living, maar die werkt redelijk tot in slaapkamers als je de deuren van de gang open zet. De locatie is goed, kort bij de zee, kort bij haven Puerto Juan Montiel, kort bij een Mercadonna, etc. In de kelder is er een parkingplaats voor de auto. Het zwembad is ook ruim en goed onderhouden. Ivm COVID-19 had de eigenaar goede voorzorgsmaatregelen genomen en was er desinfecterende gel op het appartement aanwezig. Het appartement was gekuist, maar dit kon beter. Wij hebben een goede vakantie gehad en kunnen dit appartement aanraden.

Com um pé na praia

Apartamento com excelente localização, mesmo junto à praia. Com 3 quartos bem equipados (2 com cama de casal e com duas camas de solteiro), e ainda permitindo dormidas no sofá-cama na sala, se assim for necessário. Ainda dispõe de mais duas camas desdobráveis, para quem necessitar. Ar condicionado na sala que, com as ventoinhas dos quartos, faz com que se suporte o calor sem dificuldade. Piscina excepcional para quem tem crianças. Cozinha muito bem equipada e excelentes comodidades. Por fim, o contacto com os proprietários foi sempre ágil e fui muito bem esclarecido de todas as dúvidas que pudesse ter. Caso exista interesse comum, penso seriamente em poder regressar noutro ano.

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé, bien situé.

Nous avons passé 15 jours de bonheur en famille à Águilas! Nous avons tout d’abord été très bien accueillis par 2 charmantes petites dames qui nous ont expliqué tout ce qu’il y avait à savoir sur le fonctionnement de la résidence et de l’appartement. Auparavant les contacts avec Mr MUNUERA ont été réguliers et sérieux. Un monsieur disponible et sympathique. L’appartement dispose de tout le confort nécessaire : La clim dans la grande pièce de vie, les ventilateurs dans les autres pièces, la machine à laver le linge, un cabinet de toilette supplémentaire (plutôt rare pour un appartement), un grand nombre de couchages, un balcon pour profiter du panorama et de la douce chaleur du soir. Il y a biensûr la piscine pour réjouir petits et grands. Bien entretenue, bien surveillée, très agréable, peu surchargée en fréquentation. Nous avons alterné avec la plage juste de l’autre côté de la rue, elle aussi peu surchargée. Un grand bonheur pour tous, cette plage : eau chaude et cristalline, baignade assurée pour toute la famille. Beaucoup de galets, nous nous sommes équipés à décathlon pour les chaussures de mer et en masques tubas pour voir les jolis petits poissons blancs nacrés qui nous entouraient! Nous avons tous été charmés par cette petite station balnéaire aux portes d’un désert de sierras. Le retour dans notre terre de Charente fût difficile avec 20 degrés de moins, mais nous garderons un formidable souvenir de nos vacances!

Cómodo apartamento con vistas al mar

El apartamento superó nuestras expectativas. Salón, terraza, dormitorios amplios y con buena distribución de los espacios. El apartamento estaba limpio cuando llegamos y nos recibió muy amablemente la señora María con un trato cordial. Además la cocina estaba bien provista de platos, cubiertos, vasos, cacerolas. Era un séptimo piso con vistas al mar, la montaña y la piscina lo que hacía que fuera muy agradable estar en la terraza. Había aparcamiento para el coche en el sótano del edificio. Por lo demás nos gusta la ciudad de Águilas y el apartamento estaba al lado de la gran playa de Poniente. En la parte menos positiva quizás habría que renovar las camas pues no eran cómodas.

TRES BEL APPARTEMENT SUPER BIEN PLACE

IDEAL POUR SE REPOSER au 7ème Etage bien ventilé et avec terrasse sympathique pour prendre le frais et profiter d'une jolie vue mer et montagne ! Bien placé, restaurants très prés, supermarché tout prés aussi et boulangerie, "churreria" etc ... Enfin nous avons super bien apprécié .

Estupendo apartamento grande

Acogida muy cordial por parte del propietario. Apartamento situado en la séptima planta del edificio, con ascensor, 3 habitaciones y una gran terraza de la que disfrutar, con vistas a la piscina. La playa a dos minutos a pie, y un gran supermercado (Mercadona) a menos de un kilómetro. Garaje subterráneo. Apartamento muy bien equipado (toallas, sábanas, menaje de cocina, ...). Aire acondicionado en el salón y ventiladores en las habitaciones. Zona muy tranquila, a 2 kilómetros del Centro de Águilas. Totalmente recomendable. Por poner alguna pega, habría que sustituir los colchones.

Bel appartement et conforme à la description.

L'appartement est idéalement situé : une rue à traverser pour avoir les pieds dans l'eau sans oublier la piscine au pied de l'immeuble (ouverte et surveillée quasiment toute la journée) L'immeuble est très propre et calme.L'appartement est spacieux, propre, lumineux et bien équipé. Dommage que la clim du salon n'arrive pas jusqu'aux chambres. Les tantes du propriétaires qui nous ont accueillies étaient charmantes. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Appartement très agréable dû à sa localisation dans la résidence (très belle vue mer et piscine) , situation dominante car il est en étage élevé. Bonnes Vacances

Appartement agréable et bien situé (proche mer et supermarché). Le centre est accessible à pieds même pour les enfants. Situé au dernier étage, il permet d'obtenir facilement de l'air pour un sommeil réparateur. La piscine est surveillée et ses horaires d'ouvertures fixes permettent la sieste et le calme après 22h.

"Très agréable séjour dans un appartement spacieux, très bien équipé et idéalement situé à quelques dizaines de mètres de la plage. La résidence est très calme et la vue depuis la terrasse de l''appartement situé au 7ème étage est superbe. En plus de l''air conditionné, chaque chambre bénéficie d''un ventilateur ce qui est très appréciable. Les commerces sont proches et le parking souterrain de la résidence est très pratique. Accueil très cordial sur place. Excellent séjour à tout point de vue."
