Underwhelming

The location is wonderful There is so much to unpack, but to keep it short and sweet: Make sure the guests receive quality. Renovate the apartment, as the pictures do not at all reflect what one receives when getting to the apartment. Things falling apart. Hot water not working. Walls looking like they’ve been damaged by water. You need to seriously stop treating it as use as little as possible to receive as much as possible. It was a bad experience.
