You will enjoy a 120 m² enclosed courtyard at the front with garden furniture and a pétanque court, as well as a second enclosed space of 280 m² at the rear with a swimming pool, covered patio, garden furniture, deckchairs, armchairs, gas plancha, 5 L Beertender beer tap from Seb, table football, ping-pong table. Private parking is at your disposal as well as a summer kitchen and sanitary facilities (shower and toilet) near the covered patio. Private and heated swimming pool (4x7m), open from May to September. You are 50 km from Puy du Fou and La Rochelle, 20 km from the Marais Poitevin. The town of Fontenay-le-Comte and its motor racing circuit are 10 km away. The gîte is composed on the ground floor: of 3 bedrooms including: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and private shower room/WC (accessible to people with reduced mobility), 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160; A bathroom (shower and bathtub); a separate toilet; a shower room; a living room; a dining room/kitchen; and a lounge area overlooking the pool. Under a covered patio overlooking the pool (a bay window allows the space to be completely closed or opened), there is a summer kitchen, a dining area, as well as a shower room and a toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, including 2 with a double bed and 2 with two single beds, 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet, and a relaxation area designed for children.
