This 1750 square foot 3 bedroom plus den home located in the fabulous waterfront development of Qualicum Landing won't disappoint! You'll be impressed as soon as you walk through the front door of this extraordinary home. The bright open floor plan with its high ceilings and designer decor awaits! The large gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances await your culinary expertise. You can sit down to dinner inside at the large family style dining table which seats 8, or dine el fresco at the large patio table. There are 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar as well! Lots of room in this amazing home! There is also a lovely propane fire pit table on the large covered back deck. This home sleeps 6 people. There is a main floor king with ensuite along with a main floor den with convertible sofa bed. The living room sofa also converts to a queen bed. Upstairs you'll find a charming twin bedroom and another bedroom with queen bed along with another spacious 4 piece bathroom with nice deep soaker tub to soak away the aches and pains!

Peaceful community

The house was very nicely set up for renters. Clean, lots of room. Instructions precise and easy to read. The gated community was so quiet and clean. We only saw one person the whole time we were there….off season I guess. We enjoyed waking up to the birds in the morning. If there was one negative thing to say, it was a long drive to see any of the sights in the area. all in all, a lovely getaway for hubby and me. Thank you

Family vacation

We had a perfect time at this rental cottage. Plenty of space, very clean, and all the amenities one needs for a relaxing vacation. Very friendly residents. We’ll definitely come back, probably aim for the pool to be open for more family fun.

Family vacation

The house was very clean. We cooked breakfast and dinner and found all the tools needed. The den was a great option for a second living space with the tv and couch. My niece was able to sign into Netflix while cards were played at the table.

This home is very comfortably furnished and well stocked. It is conveniently located across from the clubhouse/pool/hot tub area and also boasts a large covered back deck with patio table, loungers and propane firepit. It's a short walk to either the tennis court or beach.

The unique benefit is the proximity to all amenities without being in the hub bub of the activity. You'll love meals on the back patio and spending time with family and friends around the firepit!
