Nice and spacious home that was immaculately clean and nice tall ceilings and large closets. Perfect for our family of 5. Rocky beach but we weren’t thinking about swimming in the end of September. There was a beautiful waterfront spot to have a wood fire as well as the propane fire outside the back door was nice as well.

This was a repeat visit for us to Qualicum Landing but the first time at this unit. We were very impressed with Spero’s communication. The detailed info he sent to us in advance was very useful, and he checked in with us soon after our arrival to see if everything was okay. The cottage was very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped and in a good location in this resort community.

Great communication from Spero the host, and a cozy, welcoming place to stay. There is an amazing view from the Beach Access area that is within the gated complex and therefore it's just a 4 min walk from the house. Also, we really enjoyed being able to have a little fire out on the patio. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful stay at The Little Beach House. Quiet and Peaceful. So much to do in the area. Our neighbour commented we were never home. Would love to come back to enjoy the summer attractions

Or stay was perfect and absolutely a joy from start to finish. Spero was an amazing host, and the property was immaculate and completely welcoming. Renting this property was the best decision, without hesitation. In a town full off overpriced, understaffed and ancient hotels Spero’s house was a no-brainer. 10/10 completely across the board!

Perfect spot for family

My family of three couples really enjoyed our stay here! It was a great home base for our trip to Qualicum Beach. It was very clean and everything we could need was provided (including spare batteries for the tv remote)!

Lovely Beach Getaway

The house was perfect for us- a couple travelling with our 19 year-old and our mother. The property was beautiful- we loved the beach access and wonderful view of the ocean. The fire pit overlooking the water was a real bonus!
