Welcome to our lovely Cape Cod style retreat in the beachside community of Qualicum Landing, just 10 minutes north of Qualicum Beach village. Two minutes to the secluded beach overlooking the Salish Sea & Gulf Islands.
Family friendly & pet friendly!
The beach house is on two levels. Upstairs you’ll find a comfortable queen bedroom and en suite. On the main level is the primary bedroom with king bed & direct access to the main bathroom & third bedroom with bunk beds.
We are always available, but will give guests their privacy.
Featuring an open concept living space. French doors lead to a private patio with a BBQ and comfortable outside seating. The patio overlooks an expansive and beautifully landscaped lawn and the seasonal pool (June 15 - Sept 15) and hot tubs are only steps away.
The home is equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher and well supplied kitchen for all your culinary requirements. There is central heating and air conditioning provided by a heat pump to ensure absolute comfort year round. Parking is provided with spaces for two cars in the driveway with plenty of visitor parking.
The Oceanside area is prone to power outages in the winter due to high winds. Crews work quickly to get everything up and running.

Great location-excellent family space

We came for a family reunion weekend. The property is clean, comfy and well equipped wirh all we needed. The location is quiet, beautiful and has easy access to Qualicum Beach, Parksville and surrounding areas. Beautiful Arrowsmith Golf course is minutes away. We will come again!

Lovely getaway

Beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle of Nanaimo, but just close enough for us to visit our family there. Great amenities and access to the beach! Only suggestion is to put a crib board & cards in the games cupboard. Highly recommend the property

Perfect Getaway

This property has it all. It’s in a secured community, has a community pool & tennis court and a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of space for four adults, two teens and our dog. We cooked some of our meals in the house and there was everything we needed. We hope to visit Vancouver Island again and would stay here too.

Great house in a neat community.

Property was very nice, well maintained and has all the necessary amenities. Beach was only a few minutes walk away, beautiful spot. We thought perhaps one of the community hot tubs might still be operational as it was only September but unfortunate they and the pool were shut. A bit disappointing.

WONDERFUL HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Myself and 2 friends were celebrating a significant birthday of my friend and found this property met all our needs and expectations. The property having a short walk to the ocean and being close to the pool made it very easy for us to enjoy both the ocean and the pool. The central location of the property on the Island allowed us to enjoy the sand sculptures in Parksville, restaurants in Qualicum and the Chemainus Theatre one hour away. The property was very well equipped and clean. The towels and bed linens were high quality and plentiful.

Cute cottage, lots of space, close to pool & ocean

We stayed here for 5 nights in August. Check in was difficult as the instructions we were given gave the resort address but did not include the actual cottage number so needed to get in touch with property manager right away. They did answer a call immediately thankfully and we were able to sort it out. Pool was great for our two kids, also had sand toys available which we used at the tide pools. Bunk bed was a hit with our two kids. King size bed was ideal in the main bedroom. Upstairs there is a queen, with it's on bathroom. Well stocked kitchen, great layout. Only downside is location is about 15-20 minute drive (or more) to most sights/towns but we enjoyed being about to relax at the quiet resort. Really nice to find a pet friendly rental plus the beach access stairs have a hose for hosing down your dog if they happen to love the water (like ours). Overall we would definitely stay again!
