Note that the cleaning and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 10 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 30 euros per person to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 30€ per pet per stay. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
Board games are available. The house is only 1.6km away from the beach. A highchair can be available on request at an additional cost.
