Résidence Marie Diane - Laurier des mers

The Marie Diane residence is a complex of furnished apartments located in Propriano in Southern Corsica. Its many amenities, such as its swimming pool and children’s playground, make it an ideal place for a family holiday or a romantic getaway.

Laurier de Mer is a charming three-room duplex apartment that sleeps 2 to 5 people.

It is located on the ground floor of a small complex of four apartments and offers a beautiful view across the fields to the sea from its large terrace.

On the ground floor of the apartment, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), the living room with a pull-out sofa bed that converts into a double bed (140 x 190 cm) or two single beds (2 x 80 x 190 cm), and the terrace.

From the living room, stairs lead upstairs to a “loft” with a single bed, which leads to an attic bedroom with twin beds (90x190 cm).

This accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free internet access (or Wi-Fi), and numerous parking spaces are available in the residence.
The pool is open starting in mid-May.


You’ll appreciate its quiet location, yet it’s only 600 metres from town, 1 km from the beaches and water sports, 1 km from two supermarkets, and 250 metres from a sports complex and municipal tennis courts.

Upon arrival, you’ll need to pay a security deposit of €500 and, depending on the booking platform, the tourist tax.
Pets are allowed; a €50 surcharge will be charged upon arrival.
