A quality romantic retreat, this stone built cottage in the Peak District sleeps two people in its lovely double master bedroom.
This attractive stone-built cottage a mile from the town of Stocksbridge makes a great getaway for a couple looking to enjoy the walks and trails of this northern part of the Peaks. There are some views over the valley and moors from the cottage, which has a master bedroom with king-size double bed and en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, there is a fitted kitchen, and a sitting room with large sash windows and a cosy woodburner-effect stove. Outside, the cottage benefits from off road parking and a garden with furniture.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire in sitting room. Electric cooker with gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, small library of books/games/DVDs, free WiFi connection. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile.
