Fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate 3 people. What's more, its 12 mÂČ semi-sheltered terrace means you can relax from breakfast to dinner.

La Pause Bassin "Un sĂ©jour idĂ©al pour quelques jours Ă Arcachon. Lâappartement est en plein centre, ce qui est parfait pour tout faire Ă pied (je nâavais pas de voiture). La gare est Ă 7 min Ă pied. Le vrai plus pour moi qui ne partait que quelques jours, fut les diffĂ©rentes prestations en plus comme le linge de lit, de toilettes, quelques dosettes de cafĂ©, le parasol de plage et mĂȘme quelques pastilles de lave linge et lave vaisselle.
Le seul petit bĂ©mol est lâinsonorisation qui est plutĂŽt moyenne."

đ L'emplacement est parfait avec la plage trĂšs proche ainsi que le centre-ville. Pas besoin de voiture sauf si excursions en dehors d'Arcachon. Le dĂ©part des bateaux est Ă©galement Ă moins de 5mns.
Malgré L'emplacement l'appartement est trÚs calme.
Il est parfait avec une belle terrasse et l'Ă©quipement est complet.
Appartement trĂšs propre
đ Quand il ne fait pas beau il peut ĂȘtre un peu sombre.
L'information est bien indiquĂ©e mais il ne faut pas une grosse voiture pour le parking associĂ© au logement. Si gros 4/4 besoin de plusieurs manĆuvres"

La propretĂ© de l'appartement ainsi que ses Ă©quipements. Les petites attentions comme les produits prĂ©sents dans la salle de bain, le nĂ©cessaire pour faire la vaisselle( Ă©ponge, liquide vaisselle, tablettes lave vaisselle et tablettes pour la machine Ă laver).
đ Le manque de luminositĂ© car l'appartement est au premier Ă©tage. Les oreillers Ă©taient un peu plats Ă mon goĂ»t et la couette un peu fine"

La Pause Bassin "đ Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© proche du centre et de la plage. Heureusement qu'une place pour stationner est prĂ©vue dans un petit parking souterrain, sinon c'est la galĂšre pour se garer.
Bonne qualitĂ© de matelas, mĂȘme le canapĂ© lit ou des adultes ont dormi.
Tout est pensé pour y préparer des repas, quelques condiments, vaisselle, four, grand frigo congélateur...
La terrasse est appréciée aussi.
La douche est spacieuse.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
đ Petit point nĂ©gatif : Le mobilier sur la terrasse Ă©tait couvert de pollen, il a fallu tout nettoyer avec l'Ă©ponge Ă vaisselle en arrivant...
Plus embĂȘtant : Les couettes sont trĂšs lĂ©gĂšres, il faudrait mettre des plaids Ă disposition.
Les oreillers sont de mauvaise qualité.
Nous avons un sommeil léger, nous avons dû mettre des bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir dans le canapé car le frigo est bruyant."

đ The flat was very well equipped. The shower is very nice and new, and the kitchen is very fully equipped. It was very spacious for two people and having a large balcony with a clothes airer makes it easy for us to dry our beachwear as we were in the water every day. The bedroom was also very cosy with fairly black-out curtains.
The location is superb with the beach only a few minutes walk and a supermarket and many restaurants less than a minute from the flat.
đ The parking was not at the residential area, and was near the market. That area was blocked for two days of our stay which made it near impossible to park our car there and we didn't use the car for a day because of the road blocks."

Pero a la vez la calle es muy tranquila y sin ruido.
Se ajusta a lo que se ve en las fotos.
Nosotros no usamos la terraza, pero tiene un buen tamaño y seguro que en verano se agradece.
La cocina esta muy bien equipada.
đ El garaje no esta donde el apartamento, sino a 5 minutos andando. Y para un coche grande va un poco justo."

La Pause Bassin "Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour, avec soleil pour le mois d'avril.
đ Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ©, entre la mer et la gare, confortable, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. TrĂšs calme pour les vacances de printemps. Un parking Ă disposition, ce qui est un trĂšs gros plus, vu le prix des parkings Ă Arcachon.
đ Les photos du site montrent un appartement trĂšs lumineux ce qui est l'inverse. Cet appartement est sombre, on n'y voit pas le soleil. Mais c'est peut ĂȘtre un plus, lors de trĂšs grosses chaleurs en plein Ă©tĂ©. Beaucoup de vis Ă vis quand on est sur la terrasse."

đ Jâai apprĂ©ciĂ© cet appartement car tout Ă©tait trĂšs bien avec beaucoup dâattentions. Il y avait tout ce quâil faut Ă mon arrivĂ©e:
Gel douche, Papier toilette ,Capsule de Cafe, ThĂ© etcâŠ
jâai aussi apprĂ©ciĂ© lâemplacement au Centre de ville, facile dâaccĂšs, Le parquet au sol, la terrasse.
đ Je nâai pas beaucoup aimĂ© la prĂ©sence de beaucoup de moustiques (on est en octobre ..et lâodeur dans lâappartement ( humiditĂ© ou ..) jâai Ă©tĂ© obligĂ©e dâacheter des produits anti-lâodeur. Enfin ll nây a pas assez de lumiĂšre dans la journĂ©e.."

Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour, l appartement est trÚs agréable et confortable.

đ La seule remarque sur l appartement, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de marche pour accĂ©der Ă la terrasse qui rĂ©duirait la hauteur pour l accĂšs du sĂ©jour Ă l extĂ©rieur."

TrÚs bon séjour
TrÚs agréable appartement à Arcachon, idéalement placé, entre la plage et le centre à deux pas du casino et proches des commerces. Endroit trÚs calme, avec une petite terrasse. Un seul bémol, l'appartement est un peu sombre, mais nous avons passé notre temps dehors!
