Cet endroit est un hâvre de paix.Aucun vis à vis et le calme absolu. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus.La maison est très propre et est équipée de tout ce quil faut. Amoureux des animaux nous avons eu la chance de voir plein d'oiseaux et des écureuils. Nous avons eu également le grand plaisir d'avoir la visite tous les jours du chien d'un des propriétaires d'une maison située un peu plus haut sur le chemin. C'est un amour de chien !!Je tenais également à remercier Katia qui est d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité sans faille.

Beautiful house, quiet location

A very pleasant stay in this beautiful house. We loved visiting Veules-les-Roses which was just over 10 minutes away by car. The house and pool were very well equipped with everything we needed.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche bietet alles was man benötigt und der Garten ist groß und schön. Highlight ist der beheizte Pool und der Kicker. Das Haus war sauber und der Kontakt zu Joseph und Katia war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Besonders die Hilfsbereitschaft von Katia muss nochmal erwähnt werden. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Wir waren auch in diesem Jahr wieder in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist einfach toll. Der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen. Besonders den geheizten Pool haben wir wieder genossen. Der Kontakt mit Joseph und Katia war trotz unserer kaum vorhandenen Französischkenntnisse sehr nett und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank noch mal für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Un séjour exceptionnel

La maison et son environnement sont encore mieux que sur les photos ! Nous avons passé quelques jours reposant dans un cadre exceptionnel et dans une maison tout confort . Nous avons séjourné avec notre bébé de 1 an et il s’est parfaitement adapté à cette charmante chaumière . Joseph et Katia ont été très accueillant!

Family Trip

The house and grounds are beautiful, the photos online do not do the house justice. The pool area is a real treat. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Gorgeous house in lovely rural location

The house is beautiful. Our daughters loved the big garden, playhouse and the pool. The area is lovely and quiet, and the beach is only a 15 minute drive away. We had a great time and we'll definitely be back.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub, ganz herzlichen Dank an Josef und an Katia, die uns sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet hat. Das Haus war sauber und ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht! Ein Traum ist der riesige Garten und der beheizte Pool, wir wollten gar nicht groß aufbrechen, sondern haben die Zeit auf diesem wunderschönen Fleckchen Erde einfach nur genossen.

Fantastic house, great location!

Fantastic house, lovely decorated, clean, very well equiped, enough space for everyone to be able to do his/her favorite spending of time. Loved the extreme large garden with places to sit and sport or play football and the heated swimmingpool was a success as well. Property manager Katia is very kind and helpful. The location is a perfect place to enjoy the rustic area but also great to make nice daytrips to places in the area. Really liked Etretat, Dieppe, Rouen, Veules les Roses and St Valery! We had a great week in Joseph’s house!

Just perfect

We’ve very much enjoyed our vacation in Joseph’s house. Our expectations were fully met and even more - the house is really beautiful, spacious, nicely decorated and very well equipped… with big private garden and heated pool… all this also just few km from the coast… nothing more we could have wished. The property is located in very small and calm village, so if you are searching for charming quiet place, this is it, you’ll not be disappointed. Communication with Joseph and Katia who did our check-in & out was also running well. We therefore highly recommend booking this property.

le calme et le charme de la campagne normande

... chaumière magnifique dans un superbe grand jardin avec tout confort... Si vous cherchez le calme absolu pour vous détendre dans un cadre champêtre idyllique au coeur du Pays de Caux, à 10mn de la mer, ce site est fait pour vous.

Wir haben den zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in dem hübschen Haus sehr genossen, v. a. da es sehr ruhig gelegen ist, einen großen Garten mit altem Baumbestand besitzt und natürlich der beheizte große Pool für die Kinder toll war. Auch konnte man von dort aus gut Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad unternehmen. Auch war der Empfang und die Betreuung vor Ort durch Katia sehr herzlich und angenehm!

Le charme d'une vraie chaumière joliment restaurée allié au luxe d'une piscine chauffée

Cette maison est un véritable havre de paix dans un village Normand authentique. Nous y avons passé 2 semaines reposantes et avons bien profité de la piscine. A noter: la maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, mais vu la configuration (toilettes du haut incorporées à la chambre parentale, ce qui oblige les 4 autres à aller en bas), je la conseillerais plutôt pour un couple (avec ou sans enfants). A visiter absolument dans les environs: le château de Mesnil-Geoffroy et ses magnifiques jardins (renseignez-vous sur les heures de visite), accessible à pied depuis la maison. Et Veules-les-Roses, bien évidemment (marché le mercredi matin).

Une parenthèse délicieuse

La chaumière est très confortable au milieu de la campagne et à seulement 10 minutes de la mer. Les enfants étaient ravis de pouvoir profiter du jardin et du baby-foot et on a pu facilement visiter les environs. En plus on a eu un super accueil avec des gens chaleureux et disponibles. Excellent séjour ! Merci beaucoup !

Superbe longère rénovée à deux pas de la mer

De passage pour une nuit seulement, nous nous sommes tout de suite senti chez nous dans cette longère rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Jardin immense très apprécié des enfants qui ont pu profiter de la balançoire et de la petite cabane. Contrairement à ce que l'on observe dans de nombreuses locations, les placards n'étaient pas vides (tous les produits de base disponibles) et aucun équipement ne manquait à l'appel (Nespresso, sèche cheveux et même table + fer à repasser même si nous n'en avons pas eu l'usage). Température agréable malgré le froid dehors et jolie cheminée que le propriétaire où le propriétaire nous a proposé de faire un feu. Dans la région pour peu de temps, nous avons quand même été jusqu'à la sublime plage de Veules les roses et espérons avoir l'occasion d'effectuer très vite un séjour plus long au Mesnil Durdent !
