The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this beautiful Breton farmhouse, steeped in history, situated near the centre of Pléneuf Val André and just 1.5 km from Les Vallées beach, which can accommodate up to 15 people. The enclosed garden and private courtyard, both facing south, are equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. The house comprises a spacious living-dining room, adjoining the lounge and kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a games room.

The house is divided into two parts, connected by the large main entrance hall.

Main wing
Ground floor
- A spacious living-dining room, furnished with a beautiful family dining table for 15 people
- A kitchen opening onto the dining room, fully equipped with a fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. The kitchen has a small table for breakfast.

- A separate lounge furnished with armchairs, a coffee table and a fireplace to enjoy a cosy log fire in winter. Firewood not included.

- Plage des Vallées is 1.5 km away
