Les Mouettes house near the sea, beautiful sea view, garden and private parking. 80 m², furnished and equipped for 4 to 5 people. On the ground floor: entrance, fitted kitchen and dining area, living room, bathroom, separate WC. Upstairs: two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and WC. No pets, cleaning and disinfection included. Household linen optional.

Rental equipment:
Hob, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, sofa and armchairs, television, a 140x190 cm bed (bedroom 1), 1 180x190 cm bed and 1 single bed 90x190 cm (bedroom 2), duvet pillows and blankets for all beds. Separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Laundry room with washing machine, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol.

The view from Les Mouettes is superbe. It was a very nice stay. Ile Grande is a very relaxed place amidst the more crowded locations at the Cote de Granit Rose.

Entspannter Urlaub auf einer kleinen Insel

Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe in der Agentur im Nachbarort. Gute ruhige Lage mit Meerblick, Parkplatz und Garten. Mehrere Strände in der Nähe. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar ein zusätzliches Bad was wir gar nicht benötigt haben. Leider hakte die Haustür etwas.Wer seine Bettwäsche mitbringt sollte bedenken, dass die Franzosen keine Einzeldecken verwenden, sondern Decken über ein ganzes Bett, auch bei den Doppelbetten.

Jolie maison face à la mer

Très belle situation de cette petite maison charmante, tout confort. On peut tout faire à pied, plage et balade à deux pas dans un paysage magnifique. Une super expérience avec cette belle Bretagne. L'agence immobilière aux petits soins avec nous. Je recommande++++ !
