Mon but etait de me lever le matin et boire mon cafe en regardant la mer.objectif atteint! Vue superbe,calme ds l immeuble et ds les environs en cette periode ce qui est un . La plage etait propre,le port a 15 mn donc nous etions pres de tout. Hote tres sympa et arrangeant.

Communication facile et claire, bonne réactivité du propriétaire. ça serait TOP s'il y a la climatisation, un ascenseur (surtout pour le 3e étage) et un parking avec barrière Sinon la plage est belle et propre. Proche de commerces et parcs d'attraction et centres de sports...

En demi teinte

Un bel emplacement face à la mer, plage et commerce à proximité. Bruyant le matin et le soir surtout sans climatisation donc il faut laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. La rénovation de la grande pièce de vie ne résoud pas l'aspect vieillot: la cuisine et la salle de bains mérite mieux. Troisième étage à bannir pour les personnes de santé fragile.
