Sunny 2 Bedroom apt on the Port with superb views, 10 mins walk to beach
Situated in a prime location directly on the southern end of the port of St Cyprien Plage, our bright and sunny apartment is on the third floor of a quiet residential building overlooking the port. It has a lift and a private enclosed car park, and offers an ideal base from which to explore this beautiful area. For a lovely day out leave the car and take the €1 bus which travels the coastal area between Perpignan and the Spanish border - the Rapateil bus stop is three minutes walk from the apartment. Wake up each morning to warm bright sunshine and beautiful views of the sea and mountains from the double bedroom and the open plan kitchen corner/dining/living area, which open onto the petite balcony. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast al fresco and a relaxing drink in the evening as you look over the third largest port on the Med! Idyllic! There are bunk beds and a wardrobe in the smaller bedroom. The bathroom consists of a shower, vanity unit and a washing machine, there is a separate toilet. There are ceiling fans in the living area and main bedroom, and there is a portable aircon unit. In the living area there are two clic-clacs, a coffee table, and a flat screen TV with French channels. The dining area is equipped with a table with four chairs, and there is a small bistro table with two chairs on the balcony. The apartment is within minutes stroll of two supermarkets, Carrefour City (3 minutes), Franprix (8 minutes), restaurants, cafés and bars (approx 5 mins), and the beach is a leisurely 10 minute stroll along the port. There is a pizzeria - Papy’s - on the ground floor of the building and there is also a self service laundry. The port comes alive at night with plenty of entertainment for all the family, and (very conveniently) is pedestrianised in the evenings, so you can experience at your leisure the shops, artisan stalls, wonderful restaurants and ambience this beautiful resort has to offer. Just leave your car in the car park and stay local!

We are an Irish family who have holidayed in France over the past twenty years and have always loved the French way of life. For the last decade we have been regular visitors to St Cyprien and hope to spend a lot more time here on our retirement, such is our love of this beautiful region.
Why they chose this property
Location, location, location! When we stepped into our apartment for the first time, we were blown away by its brightness and its magnificent views. Subsequently, we were chuffed to hear the driver of the little tourist train describe the building as having "the best views in St Cyprien" shortly after we purchased our little gem! Add to this the proximity of a wide range of attractions and conveniences, it's easy to see why we are happy to recommend the apartment for a relaxing break any time of the year.
