Excellent clean & practical apartment with large balcony area

This property is really well set out, with loads of excellent equipment, making for a comfortable and stress-free stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the easy to use electric barbecue and spacious balcony. Beds are comfortable and aircon/heating superb. Plenty of hot water. Washer dryer and dishwasher makes life easy.

Le logement est très bien situé, à quelques pas de la plage, et desservant facilement les villages environnants (Collioure, Banyuls, etc). Le logement est bien agencé, très bien équipé, fonctionnel et est particulièrement propre.La communication avec le propriétaire, tout comme avec Virginie qui nous a accueillie était très bonne. Ils prennent grand soin du logement, tout comme des locataires et c'était très appréciable. Je recommande.

Joli appartement très bien situé à côté de la plage et à proximité du centre. Terrasse et climatisation appréciable. Accueil chaleureux de Virginie et contact sympathique avec le propriétaire qui donne toutes les informations nécessaires. Séjour très agréable. Appartement à recommander.

Bien placé mais bruyant

Nous avons été tres bien acceuilli par Virginie, l'appartement corespond tout à fait à l'annonce, tres bien équipé et tres propre. Par contre, le boulevard de la mer est tres passager et de plus l'appartement tout contre le notre dont les fenetres donnent sur une chambre, etait occupé par une famille avec 2 enfants qu'on entendait beaucoup.

Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire. Le boulevard de la Mer est passager, mais comme toute avenue en bord de mer. Nos fenêtres sont équipées de double-vitrage et l'appartement est entièrement climatisé. Pour nos voisins bruyants, nous sommes surpris de l'apprendre après votre séjour dans votre commentaire alors que si nous avions été informés, nous aurions pu appeler la propriétaire pour le lui signaler. Nous regrettons que votre séjour ait été contrarié.

Excellent house seconds from the beach

We had a superb time at this excellent first floor house. Very private within a locked gate. Private stairs lead to a large shaded balcony with a canopy. The immaculate house was fully equipped with more than enough crockery, cutlery & glasses. The air conditioning worked a treat. Good shower & bathroom. Parking on the street was very safe. Less than 30 seconds walk to the beach! We were checked in & out by a lovely and helpful lady. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house.
