Fantastic property which is directly across from the beach! Great views and easy access to a wealth of shops & restaurants in the marina & more a short walk down the promenade. Would highly recommend.

Super séjour ..belle maison.. terrasse très sympa...il n'a pas fait trop chaud heureusement...une clim réversible serait à envisager...mais tout est parfait c'est juste une petite remarque !

Pour le sujet de la climatisation, nous n’y sommes pas favorables non seulement pour des considérations d’impact sur le réchauffement mais aussi du fait que la climatisation en bord de mer est naturelle et que notre système de volets permet d’en profiter en toute sécurité.

In 1 woord Fantastisch!!

Super!! Mooi oud huis op een (voor ons) echt perfecte locatie. Elke morgen wakker worden met de zon in je slaapkamer en het geluid van de zee. Heerlijk buiten leven op het balkon met schitterend uitzicht. Je loopt zo het strand op, naar de haven of gezellig over de boulevard.

Beste Lage für den Herbsturlaub

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und haben die Woche zu dritt als Familie genossen. Sonniges Frühstück und abendlicher Ausklang auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Ausflug nach Andorra und Weinfest in Banyuls-sur-Mer. Wir kommen gerne bald wieder 😍

Beste Lage mit Aussicht

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht! Morgens sieht man den Sonnenaufgang vom Bett aus! Frühstück auf der Sonnen-Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer! Die Wohnung hat einen französischen Charme, der uns sehr gefallen hat! Wir hatten unsere Räder dabei, es ist aber alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sowohl der Hafen als auch das Zentrum von Argeles Plage.Wir kommen gerne wieder 😎

tolle Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung bietet drei Schlafzimmer in sehr zentraler und dennoch ruhiger Lage. Wir haben die Tage mit direktem Strandzugang sehr genossen. Auch der vorhandene Parkplatz war sehr angenehm, so dass gute Touren in die Umgebung und die reizvolleren Orte möglich waren Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung mit unkomplizierter Organisation

Charmantes Appartement direkt am Strand

Schlicht und geschmackvoll möblierte Wohnung in der Belle Étage, schöne Schlafzimmer mit guten Matratzen. Morgensonne auf der Terrasse, blickgeschützt hinter Oleanderbüschen und mit Meerblick. Bad und Küche sind teils in die Jahre gekommen, doch alles ist funktional und intakt. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Mooi huis op schitterende locatie

Mooi klassiek en compleet ingericht huis, welke in een boven en begane grond gedeelte te huur is. Tijdens ons verblijf geen boven buren. Prachtige ligging aan de wandel boulevard in een wat rustiger gedeelte tussen de haven en het levendige gedeelte van Argeles. Mooi strand voor de deur, kortom prachtig.

Très agréable séjour, maison bien située, au calme. Adresse à recommander. Seul bémol, les vélos étaient dégonflés et les pompes ne fonctionnait pas. Il manque 2 ou 3 couvertures pour la période de demi saison.

Merci de votre retour. Nous prenons le point sur le sujet des couvertures, tout en ayant en tête que nous étions sur les périodes à risque (début octobre) dans ce logement face à la mer, avec des variations de conditions météorologiques importantes (le tarif à la nuitée en tient compte). Pour la pompe à vélo, étonnant - nous allons en vérifier le fonctionnement car pour nous elle fonctionne. A signaler pour une prochaine fois qu’il y a sur le port à 2 minutes à pied une boutique de location de vélos qui peut dépanner pour une telle question de gonflage. En effet  nous ne pouvons garantir (à distance) l’état gonflé constant des pneus des vélos mis à disposition des locataires.

Emplacement excellent et séjour agréable malgré quelques petits soucis tels que l'alimentation du lave linge uniquement avec l'eau chaude car robinet eau froide probablement grippé ,et les oreillers à changer .

Merci de votre appréciation. Nous allons vérifier les aspects concernant la machine à laver et faire intervenir un plombier fin septembre. Pour les oreillers, sachez que nous les avons tous changés pour des neufs fin juillet dernier... qu'est ce qui vous fait dire qu'il faudrait les changer à nouveau? nous avons opté pour un soutien ferme et une composition à base de soie, intéressante notamment en cas de forte chaleur car donnant un ressenti maintenu de fraicheur.

Super emplacement pour un logement fonctionnel

Excellent emplacement pour ce logement très fonctionnel qui nous a permis un très bon séjour. L'accueil et le départ se sont très bien passés. Des travaux de "rafraichissement" seraient utiles pour améliorer le rapport qualité/prix.

Ideales Ferienhaus

Die Lage des Hauses ist unübertroffen. Strand, Hafen, Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle für Ausflüge - alles fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr ruhiges Viertel. Das ältere Haus hat viel Charme und eine großzügige, gute Aufteilung. Sehr einfache Ausstattung, aber alles vorhanden. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Belle maison, très bien située

Bonjour, nous avons passé un bon séjour. Vous avez une très belle maison, très bien située entre centre, plage et port. Bon accueil sur place. Dommage que la maison ne soit pas entretenue à sa juste valeur. Dégradation des murs, un rafraichissement est nécessaire. La propreté intérieure et extérieure pas optimale.. Entretien général faible.
