Kitchen open to living room completely renovated with vitro hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster Living room with sofa bed for 2 people, buffet, table, television. flat screen lcd Loggia equipped table + 4 chairs, view of the wooded park sheltered from the prevailing winds (tramontane and sailor) and quiet (set back from the street, very busy). Additional sleeping accommodation for a child extra. Quiet residence, located a little behind the entertainment center (noise at night), but lively center accessible on foot even with children. Very close beach, 300m on foot. Very close to shops, bakery in front of the residence, Intermarché, caterer, laundromat, numerous restaurants, medical office 100m away, pharmacy. Any leisure possible, with lunaparc, marina with possibility of boat ride, fishing at sea, boat rental. Golf at 8 km from Argelès-sur-Mer. Quel bonheur de rencontrer de nos jours des personnes tels que les propriétaires de ce logement. A l'écoute, très très arrangeant, venus me chercher et me raccompagner jusqu'à la gare, d'une extrême gentillesse et de très bons conseils. Pour le logement, totalement conforme à l'annonce, extrêmement bien situé, à 2 pas de la mer, un cadre calme, un appartement très bien équipé, des commerces juste en ouvrant la porte de l'appartement, bref, j'ai été comme un prince et ça m'a permis de passer un séjour extrêmement idéal à Argelès et je recommande vivement ce logement pour tout ce qu'il représente tant humainement que par son positionnement et ses équipements. Du fond du coeur, merci!

Un très bon accueil des propriétaires. Venant en train ils sont venus me chercher à la gare. Il ne manque rien dans le logement tout est à disposition. Pied à terre parfait pouvant accueillir 4 personnes dans résidence calme très bien située par rapport à la plage et aux rues piétonnes commerçantes.
