On the 2nd floor, under the eaves, a large loft composed of a large bedroom with a small closed children's bedroom, a separate bedroom and a spacious shower room with sink and toilet.

All in a wooded garden of 18 ares (not fully fenced) with private fenced swimming pool, covered terrace with bar and a superb petanque court. Idleness and relaxation guaranteed!

An old renovated open barn, with adult table football and table tennis offers you a nice additional space. Closed garage for bicycles and outdoor games (with a second fridge).

The south orientation offers you a clear view of the surrounding countryside as well as the charm of the view of a magnificent little hilltop village.

The farmhouse is divided into 2 completely independent and autonomous parts (adjoining not annoying because the living spaces, swimming pool, terrace... are well distanced).

Ideally located, close to the Vercors and the Ardèche, this region will delight both hiking, cycling, horseback riding, and golf enthusiasts.
