In the heart of the Périgord, in the town of THENON, within the Sarlat-Périgueux-Brive triangle, on a private property spanning several hectares, Les Genêts 1 offers high-quality accommodation in a quiet, lush setting.

Upstairs, the two bedrooms are furnished with high-quality bedding; one is a master bedroom with a 140-cm bed. The second bedroom has two 90 beds.
We can provide baby equipment upon request. Outside, the terrace is furnished with garden furniture for dining, relaxing, and barbecuing, set in a private garden that’s safe for young children.
The cottage opens onto a large, wooded park with a playground and a ping-pong table and provides direct access to the secure 12×6 pool, open from May through the end of October.
. The surroundings are very safe for children, and the atmosphere is family-friendly. On-site, you’ll find numerous hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as the large park where children can run around and play safely.
Thenon is a quiet town where you’ll find all the shops and services you need (supermarket, local supermarket, weekly market year-round, night market in season, fishing pond with an open-air café, tree-top adventure park, restaurants, and more).

-style building (exposed stone, beams, etc.). This building comprises 3 holiday rentals—Genêts 1, Genêts 2, and Genêts 3—which are close to one another but independent. However, if you’d like to spend time with your family or friends, we can offer the option to rent all 3 of these nearby yet independent holiday rentals together.
