Y Caban is a delightful, detached pine lodge located on the owners 35-acre smallholding in a woodland glen in Llechwedd near Conwy. The property offers a double room, a twin room and a shower room, which uses solar panels to heat the water, supplied from a nearby spring. The open plan living area features a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with French doors leading outside. Outside, you will find a front and side lawned garden with a decked patio and furniture. There is off road parking for two cars a short walk from the property. Y Caban is a wonderful base for families and small groups of friends exploring the wonders of North Wales.
