A 12-meter-by-5-meter pool, a bocce court, a volleyball court, a croquet lawn, a bar-style foosball table, a bar-style pinball machine, a dartboard, a small pool table, a rowing machine, and a treadmill are provided during your stay. <br>You’ll have access to 2 terraces—one of which is 80m²—a summer kitchen, 2 barbecues, 2 refrigerators, a 22m² pool house, 8 pool loungers, and umbrellas… everything is designed to ensure your comfort on-site, including an outdoor shower.<br>The villa is 190m² and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.<br>One bedroom can accommodate up to 6 people and can serve as a dormitory for young people, for example.<br>Parking is private.<br>We do not rent for events, birthdays, or other gatherings until we have met the participants. We require a security deposit upon arrival, payable by check or bank transfer.
