Oak Cottage is a wonderful barn conversion situated in a courtyard, on the owners' smallholding, five miles from Pwllheli. This cottage sleeps five people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double accessed via a spiral staircase and one ground floor family room with 3 singles, as well as a ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a character open plan living area with kitchen, dining are and sitting area. Outside, there's ample off road parking and shared use of the courtyard with furniture, gardens, woodlands and a fruit and vegetable garden. Oak Cottage is a great base for seeing all the attractions on the Llyn Peninsula.
Amenities: Gas central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor. Gas oven with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchairs and stairgates on request. Ample off road parking. Shared use of courtyard with furniture, plus use of gardens, woodland and pick your own fruit and vegetable garden (subject to seasonal availability). Two well-behaved dogs welcome.
