Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Courtyard garden at the rear of the property with table and chairs. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.8 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Stabling for horses by arrangement with owners. Note: Apartment next to farmland with livestock and farm equipment stored close by. Note: Access to apartment through shared utility room. Note: Children aged 10 and over only and isn't suitable for those with mobility issues. There is a staircase with a set of 6 stairs which then turns, without a landing area, into a further 5 stairs. Note: Car is essential due to countryside location. Note: The property has a good housekeeping bond of £75. Note: winter times no late check-ins. Please Note: This property only allows 3 nights minimum.
