The location of this property is great, it is very walkable to enjoy Colmar. The bedrooms are nice, cosy and quiet. However, communication was difficult and most of all we were disturbed by the overwhelming mildew smell in the bathroom. We bought a candle to burn in there which helped and emailed our concern but got no response. Hopefully they will fix that soon.

Nice Stay in Colmar

My husband and I stayed three nights in the flat. It was a wonderful surprise to find three fans in the flat as the weather had turned very warm. We were quite comfortable. The bed and pillows were very nice. The kitchen is equiped for basic needs. The flat is very spacious and in a GREAT location. Parking was difficult even with reserving a space. The garage was a long way away. The shower head needs replacing. In fact, the shower is the only negative about this flat. It's an easy fix and hopefully the management company will do something about it. Otherwise, it's a great place.

We had a pleasant stay. The only issues we experienced was the dishwasher was broken and leaked water all over the kitchen floor when we turned it on so we were not able to use it during our stay. The toilet seat needs replacing as it is broken and the towel rack in the bathroom stopped working during our stay and we had no hot water on the last night of our stay. Being Christmas day communication was scarce, understanding, however seeing we are paying for accommodation, it would have been great having someone attend to the issues especially the no hot water! Other than these issues, we had a great stay and the apartment was very comfortable and clean. We would stay again ensuring the issue we encountered were rectified.

Wohnung in Top-Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Colmar.Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos.Wohnung sauber und wie beschrieben.Tipp: Ein Stöpsel für das Waschbecken in der Küche, damit man auch spülen kann.

odeur incroyablement désagréable dans la salle de bain

J'ai loué du 10.08.24 au 17.08.24 le logement « Colmar centre appartement “la commanderie” » par FeWo-direkt / Vrbo / Abritel / HomeAway / Cotoon. Le premier jour, l'odeur dans la salle de bain était déjà mauvaise, mais à partir du deuxième, elle était absolument insupportable et avec une température extérieure de plus de 34° C, il n'était pas possible d'aérer facilement. Nous avons signalé ce problème au propriétaire à plusieurs reprises par SMS et WhatsApp et avons également reçu un feedback. Un artisan devait passer pour réparer quelque chose, ce qui n'a jamais été le cas. Ni l'odeur incroyablement désagréable dans la salle de bain, ni l'engagement de remédier à ce défaut élémentaire de l'appartement n'étaient acceptables. Entre-temps, j'ai découvert dans les commentaires de Booking que vous avez le problème de l'odeur dans la salle de bain depuis plusieurs années. Le propriétaire trompe donc délibérément ses hôtes pour leur faire passer de bonnes vacances. Un dédommagement a certes été annoncé, mais même après plusieurs demandes, personne ne s'est manifesté.

Appartement au centre ville

Bien situé au centre de colmar, loué par une agence. Communication exclusivement par mail mais reste joignable par téléphone. Appartement fonctionnel, vis à vis de toutes les fenêtres, literies propres. Points négatifs l'odeur d'egouts dans la salle de douche, ventilation HS et le miniscule lave vaisselle. Ventilateurs dans toutes les pièces, très appréciable. salle de bain

Lage hervorragend. Digitale Schatzsuche zum Finden der Schlüssel für Tiefgarage und Wohnung herausfordernd, aber witzig. Wohnung sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer leider nicht nutzbar, da es extrem stank und Lüftung nicht funktionsfähig war - wir hatten uns in der Küche gewaschen. Wohnung sehr hellhörig, insbesondere auf die Geräusche innerhalb des Hauses. Deshalb insgesamt nur drei Sterne.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön aufgeteilt und zentral gelegen. Ein kleines Problem ist der Geruch im Bad und die schrottige Mini-Spülmaschine. Die Buchung und Zahlung (über mehrere Links) nebst Identifikationen, Verifikationen, Mietvertrag-Unterschrift, Ermittlung aller Code-Nummern ist sehr aufwändig und für Leute über 70 Jahre nicht geeignet. Ohne unsere erwachsene Tochter hätten wir diese Ferienwohnung stornieren üssen.

La Commanderie

emplacement de l appartement super. La ville de Comar magnifique et les villages à côté super. En revanche, materiel de cuisine non adapté au lave vaisselle. Celui-ci étant petit et la vaisselle ressort plus salle qu elle n etait. Je pense qu il faut l enlever de la prestation. Des odeurs très désagréables dans la salle de bain. Le rideau de douche n est pas très hygiénique. A revoir.

Une base parfaite pour découvrir Colmar et la région

Nous sommes venus en famille pour quelques jours et avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement : très propre, meublé de neuf avec simplicité et on goût, lits très confortables. L’équipement de la cuisine est simple, parfait pour le petit déjeuner, un peu léger pour faire de la vraie cuisine, mais il y a tellement d’excellents traiteurs et restaurants juste au pied de l’immeuble que ce n’est pas un souci ! Le point le plus appréciable est la localisation, en plein milieu de la (toute petite) vieille ville, 1 mn de marche du pont de la Petite Venise, 2 mn du Koifhus, 5 de l’église des Dominicains ; 15 mn à pied de la gare avec les valises. Bref une base parfaite ! (Attention au service de bagagerie proposé pour le départ, qui pour nous n’a pas fonctionné car nous partions un dimanche ; la permanence téléphonique a en revanche toujours été joignable et aimable même s’ils n’ont pas pu nous aider sur ce point).

L’appartement est en plein centre grand salon /Salle à manger et bien équipé notamment au niveau des lits et de la vaisselle. C’est idéal pour un séjour en famille!

Super Lage für Stadtbummel in Colmar

Wir sind mit 3 kleinen Kindern gereist. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war ok. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ebenfalls. Für unkomplizierte, einfache Menschen genügt die Wohnung gut. Die Liebe zum Detail fehlte etwas, die Vorhänge waren etwa 40cm zu lange, der Duschvorhang leider ebenfalls. Die Ausstattung war leider etwas spartanisch, ein Schneidebrett in der Küche oder ein Brotmesser suchten wir vergebens. In der Dusche war ein beissender Gestank nach Abfluss oder Kanalisation. Auf eine Reklamation auf die hinterlegte Nummer haben wir kein Feedback erhalten. Ebenfalls steht dass ein DVD Player zur Verfügung steht, das HDMI Kabel zum TV hin fehlte allerdings. Auf die Reklamation erhielten wir kein Feedback, sehr schade… Alles in allem ist die Wohnung ok und sauber, wenn wir aber etwas ähnliches zu ähnlichen Bedingungen finden, würden wir jenes versuchen. 3,8 von 5 Sternen

Perfect Apartment- Perfect Location!

Valentín was our hero! He is with the property management company and came to our rescue when the town had blocked off some streets preventing us from accessing the parking space. He met us within 10 minutes hopped in the car and navigated us through town - He went above and beyond! THANK YOU Valentín!!! The apartment was perfect for our needs. Beds comfortable, apartment clean and quiet. Just around the corner from the Petite Venise on Grand Rue. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Perfecte locatie, cool ingericht

Netjes, design, prima locatie, highly recommendable. Geen airco, maar was niet echt probleem ondanks de hitte. Parkeren kan in parkeergarages in de buurt en/of gratis bij Les Grillen (stukje lopen).
