There was a lot of living space in this lake house. The walk down to the dock is a bit tricky for an elderly person but so worth it to be down on the dock or playing with the paddle boards and kayaks.

Comfortably fit our whole crew and we had a lovely time!A few notes to share: - The dock is very worn down and getting to it was a bit treacherous. - The house also had limited cleaning supplies (no sponges, no extra toilet paper, no extra paper towels) which did make clean up difficult.

The property was nice and has a beautiful view of the lake! The listing is incorrect when it says 3 bathrooms. There are 2 full baths (which include showers) however the 3rd bathroom is a jacuzzi tub only (no shower). Additionally, we booked the house for 10 and only had 9 towels (listing states sleeps 14). When we reached out to the host they asked to connect the next morning, I did this and didn’t hear from them until the next day after it was too late. I also sent a message to the host on Tuesday about amenities before our Thursday check-in and didn’t hear from them until after 10p Thursday. One item to note about the property, it is not well insulated (due to the type of home) so the noise travels everywhere. It was not a problem for us as we expect this but want to caution anyone that may be traveling with young children/families. There is a nice basement space that can help separate late night noise from the bedrooms.

Hello Katie, I'm sorry that you were disappointed that you were short a towel upon arrival. I responded as soon as I could, having lost a dear friend that week, I was attending services that evening and funeral services on Friday. As you can see from previous messages, I take my customer service and ranking seriously. I've owned this property for over 12 years and have had few complaints. I regret that my timing resulted in a ranking that I don't feel is befitting of the property or our service. I left a message for you as soon as possible that provided entry to our storage area so that your group would have ample towels for the next morning. Please except my apologies. I am glad that you were able to enjoy the property the view and the charm and character of our lake home.

Beautiful location for a bachelorette celebration! House slept 11 comfortably!! Sadly not enough bath towels and no response from the home owner until after we checked out on Sunday. Owner was apologetic once she responded. Thankfully everyone was easy going so it did not dampen our trip. Close to so many wonderful wineries and an adorable downtown area. Everyone in our group agreed it is the perfect spot to spend a weekend or more!! I would definitely recommend and even return

Seneca Family Vacation
