This lovely cottage is set in Llanboidy, six miles from St Clears in a courtyard of stone holiday cottages and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Kingfisher Cottage is a lovely cottage set in Llanboidy, six miles from St Clears in a courtyard of stone holiday cottages and can sleep six people. This mostly ground floor property has a double bedroom, a lower ground floor twin bedroom, a room with adult bunks, a bathroom, a lower ground floor kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is ample off road parking, a shelter for bikes, a private patio with picnic table plus shared use of individual, portable barbecues, outdoor heated pool, fishing lake, pond, lawned and woodland grounds. Kingfisher Cottage is a great holiday base. Note: Shared outdoor heated swimming pool available April-October
Amenities: Bio mass central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own pool towels. Travel cot and highchair on request. A fixed retractable baby gate fitted to the top of steps. Ample off road parking. Shelter for bikes. Private patio with picnic table plus shared use of individual, portable BBQs, tenclosed heated pool, fishing lake, pond, lawned and woodland grounds. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile. Note: The kitchen and twin bedroom are down 4 steps. Note: Shared enclosed heated swimming pool with , available April- October only. Note: Open lake in grounds about 3/4 mile from cottages reached via a woodland road with coarse fishing available all year round (please bring own equipment).
